Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Houston Memorial City Area

the noise from the highway was incredibly loud to the point that the window was vibrating about 50% of the time all night long, I wasn't able to sleep at all.

The breakfast was decent especially for the price of the room. The property has a new fresh look. The bathroom and room were nice and clean. We drove in that morning and were able to check in early.

We went out to swim and the chairs all had holes in them. Very sad.

Breakfast was wonderful. Real eggs, bacon, sausage, plus the usual waffles. Excellent quality baked goods were also available. Our room was clean and comfortable, though I am not a big fan of the new hotel mattresses.

The only drawback for us was that our GPS had trouble locating the hotel. It directed us onto the Katy Tollway, but did not specify an exit. We had to call the hotel to find out which exit to use -- Wilcrest--for anyone who has a similar issue. Houston is not an easy town to get around in and it took us quite a while to turn around and get going in the right direction.

Gave me a problem about the card I was using, and the shower drained slow..

Food. Breakfast. Same every day. All dried up items.

Breakfast was hot and area was clean. Rooms were all clean and pillows were comfortable. Right off of the highway so easy to get in and out. Will definitely come stay here again!

Nothing! Everything was great!

Loved the staff. Everyone on staff was very helpful and very on point. Front desk, breakfast crew and cleaning staff. All staff looked happy to be there and help you as needed.

The only thing was the bed was a little soft for our liking.

When I'm in Houston for my business trip this FairField Inn Memorial City is my #-1 choice for hotel to book it uses to be Aloft-Houston Galleria, but the Fairfield Inn-Memorial offer the best free breakfast and free to park and its always clean and feel brand new atmosphere.

The front desk clerk was friendly and the breakfast was okay .

First of all the room had no liners in none of the cans, second the bed felt like I was sleeping on the floor! And after driving for 4 hours that was not acceptable! It's some sort of platform bed! No boxspring!!! I gave the night clerk and complaint and she typed it up but I've NOT recieved one phone call!! Very disappointed for 190.00 for one night!!!

We liked everything about our stay. We were greeted by the front desk staff as soon as we arrived and were thoroughly briefed about the hotel and the amenities. The hotel was very clean and modern. We loved the free breakfast and the staff that worked in the dining area. They kept the area clean and stocked up. It was just a wonderful experience for our family that stayed four nights while in town for a baseball tournament. We’re definitely coming back!
