Quiet, Peace, housekeeping doesnt beat your door down early am. Front desk not calling early am. They're no robots in the building everyone treats acts human. Hotel employee is the light in the building

They forgot about big girls when selecting the mattresses. Pillows are not firm enough.

Scam Alert!! They tried to charge for parking after I had checked out. I used Uber and did not have a car to park.

I was charged more then I was told prior during my registration. I tried calling but never recieved an answer on why the charge was not as previous stated

I was quoted one price from Booking.com and I was charged a higher price. We asked about it and they said it was the tax rate. He said Booking.com had the wrong tax rate so we were charged more,

The elevators wasn’t working and you had to go the second floor to get on another elevator to get to the 3rd floor

Great location, free surface parking, instant hot water, a Keurig in my room..... it was all great. Comfy bed, free wifi, kitchen amenities - what more could you want?? And the staff members I interacted with were all very friendly and helpful.

I can't fault the hotel, it's the covid procedure. Housekeeping only comes every 3 days (unless you get difficult and ask for more, which I didn't).

New facility

Dirty with stained sheets, shower controls improperly installed and cold was hot, poorly trained staff. I was woken up at 7am reminding me to return room keys when I check out.

Location was good for what I was in Houston for and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

There was no breakfast or snack provisions other than packaged snacks and food for the microwave. However, it was understandable because of what it happening at this time period.

It was an average hotel. Nothing open downstairs in the lobby. 2 rooms in our party didn’t have a working tv. One party had to change rooms. Our toilet had trouble flushing, had to pour water in the tank from the sink to flush. Reserved a double queen bed but they gave us a king bed.
