That it was quiet and clean with amazing staff

This room smelled of cigeratte smoke as soon as i walked in and the shower was dirty the bed looked slept in it was a horrible experiance

Easy access to food

Could not watch television throughout stay because the cable was completely fuzzy and always cut out. I was sold a $3 16.9 oz HOT soft drink (cooler wasn't working) the ac wasn't cooling properly, and the pool was dirty!

It was available for an emergency overnight stay.

The shower caulking had mold and what I did not like most was the glaring security light directly in my window. Could not sleep.

It was affordable

The staff was very rarely available. The shuttle wasn¿t running, they called me a Lyft and then told the Lyft driver the incorrect address , so that caused an issue. The room had large stains on the carpet and chair and the small was like a dirty sock.

Specifically booked the hotel because it had an indoor pool for the kids. Indoor pool was out of order. Ice machine on our floor was broken. No microwaves in the rooms. And every time the elevator went up and down it felt like it was going to break.

No shuttle service Front desk was not polite We were on first floor & I requested a higher floor Room was not clean Hotel was rated 3.5/good I would say it was poor It was cheap until we took a $25 Uber But I guess you get what you pay for

Nothing worked. The card machine did not work . We got escorted to a room. They gave us no key at all. The elevator didn¿t work. No kitchen. Or restraunt. . You could only buy crackers and chips from them . No. Shuttle either

Kids appreciated the indoor pool.

Apparently, this hotel had some significant issues. Prominent enough to where no keys could be issued, an attendant had to let you into your room (creepy). Issues with payment processing due to system being down.

The hotel room looks nothing like the pictures. I booked a business class room and the hotel did not offer a business class room. The TV was falling off of the dressers and none of the channels working on the tv. The pool was closed.

It was quiet , leaving, the young guy who worked the evening shift was very cute and polite

No food, silverfish in the bath tub, elevator was out of order the last morning, was nowhere near any food outlets, should not have the Intercontinental word in its name

The restaurant was closed the pool was closed no jacuzzi old food left in hotel room fridge. Pictures online was different

Decor

everything is terrible! Staff is not polite at all. The rooms has maintenance issues everywhere. The carpet looked so nasty. Would never stay nor recommend. I can¿t even believe is a 3 star. Door did not closed, AC nor window and tv to terrace worked.

The rooms are pretty nice and the bed was comfortable.

No coffee, no coffee pot, no phone in room. No quarters, no soap to buy for laundry. It was just pretty bad.

The receptionist was kind

The safety- the catalytic converters were stolen from our truck just overnight.

Several things. Major fighting in lobby by employees and customers as I was checking in with a long line and full lobby. Broken elevator & only 1 working door when we had a ton of baggage for our BMX racing team. TERRIBLE SERVICE & SMELL.

Nowhere did it state that the pool or the breakfast buffet were closed. I booked this hotel specifically because it had an indoor pool and was not informed the pool was closed until after my family had dressed in our suits and found the pool locked.
