No Shenanigans, this hotel is for sleeping. Clean rooms including carpet. Cold a/c,Hot Water,Safe Parking. Right in the middle a great area for food and drinks. Breakfast & Convenience store across the street. One or two blocks to bars. Right off I-10.

Bedding is a bit hard for me.

The location right in the middle of lots of restaurants and bars. Cold air conditioner on a hot day. Quiet, safe parking, mini-fridge attentive employees They watch everything. Plenty hot water and clean room.

2 star bedding

My go to in Houston, the property is family owned quiet, safe comfortable place to stay. The rooms are clean including bedding, carpet, chairs and bathroom. The a/c is cold and it¿s hot in Houston. Best value and very close to Washington street.

It¿s an older property

Location and price. The carpet was clean as was the entire room. Air conditioner was cold. The water was hot. Ice machine, microwave, small refrigerator. Restaurant with drinks two doors down.

It is a 2 star hotel- pillows are flat

It was a place to stay while my electricity was off but when I got there ,their electricity went off.

Everything, checked in the manager said their is no wifi or cable..I left to go get something to eat and came back their lights were off and it was extremely cold inside..went back the next day the manager told me no refund and slammed the door in my face

Clean room. Close to ice machine & cold drink machine. Close to I-10, & Loop 610, & downtown Houston, that made it easy to get to doctors office on SW Fwy.

Had to wait in heat, until my sister-in-law got to hotel with her credit card, even though all the information was given to hotel over phone, night before. I have Parkinson's disease & diabetes & having to wait in parking lot in heat made me nauseated.

I was really surprised. The hotel was very clean and nice looking for what we paid.

We did not like the traffic from the hotel to M.D. Anderson cancer hospital. We also did not like the noise at night when we were trying to sleep.

Nothing because I never made it there,

I liked the locaion very safe place.

I didnt liked that the front clerk did not respect that I had requested a downstairs room fue ti health issue.

Very good for the price, clean, a/c, tv, fridge, etc, everything in working condition. Everything is a bit aged, but for the price, it's hard to find anything better. Location is great - there are many restaurants around within walking distance, and a huge park for walking. It is right off the highway ramp, so driving or taking Uber anywhere in the city is super convenient, also a downtown bus stop right in front.

Some furniture really needs maintenance. The chair was literally on its last legs. Crazy music and noise from neighbors late at night - though it can be fixed with earplugs, don't forget those.

They took my lotion and perfume and threw it away and I had just left the place. I called them and the lady was very rude about and said it wasn’t her responsibility.
