The location was great and the rooms were nice. Hotel employee was great at the front desk. He was friendly and patient as I was having problems with my bank. Thank you, Hotel employee for being an awesome person.

The pictures show a hot tub and that's what I look for in a hotel. I was very disappointed that the hot tub was cemented in. That's a reason that will make me think twice before coming back.

I tried to save money this one time be cheaper room the name of the hotel and should have stuck to my theory and never fo cheap for a room. Had to call 911 for person staying next to me because of having medical issues from drinking for several days

1. Extremely hard bed 2. Shower head was broken had to wait 24 hrs to get it fixed called in the morning again repair the thing 3.lobby looked like deserted hotel people there to party 4. The front desk employees look like they sleep in there clothes

Staff, location, and self parking

One of the 2 elevators did not work for our entire stay. The carpet seemed dingy.

WiFi internet connection did not worked no matter I called the receptionist and had connect to Hyatt WiFi to be able to work.

Customer service is really bad. The lady on the front desk reception was so rude and did not want to help. The rom was not clean.

I didn¿t. The staff was offensively rude (O¿Brien at the front desk who claimed to be the mgr but later admitted, wasn¿t) and the room I booked and PAID FOR (with two beds) was not the room I got. And zero apology from O¿Brien or hotel

After my terrible experience with front desk staff (O¿Brien) wherein he got offensive and aggressive with me in front of my minor nephew, I asked to have manager¿s email (which he didn¿t end up giving me) and asked that the mgr call me which didn¿t ha

The location was great.

There was still candy on the floor next to the bed from a previous occupant. The soap in the bathroom was torn open. There was part of a straw left on the floor. It made me wonder if they had forgotten to vacuum or just didn¿t care.

The staff was very friendly and help.

Seemed to me like the bathroom were in not great shape and the rooms were not very welcoming.

They don't come to clean up my room for the couple of days I was there. Leave early morning come back late, even roach on me the last night

Loved the room configuration and positioning of the furniture. The hotel angled the couch in the corner of the far wall giving it a more comfortable feeling. I hate hotels w/ the standard configuration with beds on one side & furniture on the other.

While close to the Galleria, I found most of the places to eat and hang out after work to be a bit distant wrt walking. The bar didn't stay open very late; worse it didn't offer any compelling reason to hang out and meet other guests.

I tried to get in the pool but it was as if there was a party down in the lobby and pool there was people being loud and the people in the next room were listening to loud music and banging on the walls until 12 at night I will not be staying there again

Winner for a Great room & Steller service - comfortable, well-appointed and well-thought out design; very multifunctional. Front desk staff: always cherry with smiles and helpful. More than accommodating.

only negative things I would say is that this hotel's entrance is a shared ally way the hotel next dooe. There NO curb appeal. Oh and the pool is small.

My daughter loved the indoor pool

My towels were not clean. They didn’t even attempt to wash them prior to my arrival. They just refolded them. Pink makeup or lipstick was all over the towels. Now it makes me wonder if my sheets were even washed or clean. I have pictures

The grab and go breakfast left a lot to be desired. I believe they could include more options for this. The parking fee is extremely high. This could be reduced or eliminated.

Nice staff.

There was sand on the bed two days in a row. Some got in my eye and I had to call the front desk to get a change of sheets. The floor of the hot tub and pool were both rough and I cut my foot.

The staff was extremely polite and helpful.

The inside parking FEE was outrageous - $40.00 a day. The restaurant prices were out of line.
