Location. Room size. Kitchenette.

The bedding stunk like days old sweat and felt dirty. Asked for fresh bedding and was told they didn't have anything extra. Checked out early due to this and was not offered a refund, discount, or anything to make up for this.

The smell of the room, I have children and it smelt like an old bar

The mam next door was makig drugs and my grandson ended up being rushed to the hospital due to chemical exposure. Horrible experience. The fire department was told they weren't needed and the police weren't called

How the general manager handled the situation above

Able to get 1st floor room.

Door would slam each time someone entered or left the hotel. A/C in the room did not work well. Did not have king size bed.

Friendly staff. Clean spacious room with a full kitchen.

Sink and toilet situations when I got there. Sink would not open and toilet too slow to fill up.

It smelled and was loud. I had to pay for my dog which smells a great better than the entire place. It smelled like weed and cigarettes.

The sink needed to be cleaned more around the water spot and the outlet in restroom the outlet didn't work

The outside door always slams from people coming and going

It’s ghetto the staff didn’t give me a discount I booked a Suite 2 of my TV wasn’t working. They didn’t even offer me a discount.

The room was comfortable with a nice kitchenette. The breakfast had eggs or cereal, toast or waffles with good coffee. The fitness center had weights plus a treadmill and elliptical. The staff was very friendly.

Our room was in building B and the place could use some maintenance - the stairs handrail were not attached to the wall and the door handle to leave the building was duct taped together. But I would still recommend this hotel.

We took a two-bed room suite and it fits perfect for our family of 7. Rooms are clean and beds are very conformable. The breakfast is very good. Staffs are very kind and helpful.

No breakfast Put on Fourth floor with elevator out of service I am handicapped and clerk said no rooms on lower floor.

During the storm Milton we came with the whole family together with our dog (smooth-haired toy terrier mini), for 2 days, the price for the room suited us, but for us there was a big surprise in the price for the dog's stay. 230$!!! In addition, their elevator is closed for maintenance, and this was problematic, since we (let me remind you, a family of 2 small children) were settled on the very top floor. Cool, isn't it? This is a real scam. When you write a description of your apartments, it would be good to at least indicate your prices for additional services. We will not come back here again.

Disappointed

Ghetto location. Many sketchy individuals hanging around. Noise. I can hear next door banging. Poorly kept facility

bathroom shower stall width was tight and I'm avg size (not overweight)

The location worked well for me as I wanted to be somewhere with good groceries stores and restuarants. it also was nearby some nice places to walk and feel safe.

The only thing that i can complain about is that there was a funky smell in the room. After being in the room for a few minutes i didn't smell it anymore. The smell did leak into my clothes - even my clean ones. Other than that - it was good.

The breakfast was good, fresh and always stocked well. Coffee was delicious. I’d like to see honey offered

The grounds were not manicured, our bathroom light was rusty and side of toilet was not clean, I cleaned it…. No bathroom vent so very steamy after showers. I would have liked a King bed…. My husband and I are tall….

I love love their breakfast!

I got hot at night and tried to turn down the AC and turns out they control the thermostat. That was a big negative for me. Who doesn’t want to sleep comfortably at night.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room was big and comfortable. Excellent size for the price.Good area.
