I did not stay and was refused accomodations

The hotel demanded additional money and ultimately refused mt room. I was also refused a refund.

It was clean

Next door was beating on our walls. Couples were fighting outside the door. One staff member was extremely rude. And our lights went out and it took 3 hours for them to reset it.

This place is horrible stuck in the back of a busy street not safe at all tried to cancel my reservation and got the pure run around but it's all good God has a plan for u rip off people

Worst hotel in The US we've ever. WiFi is terrible.Roaches in room. Trash on territory.Completely worn out towels and linen.27 Oct there was a very rude recepceonist who thinks he's a border officer who's eligible to chech out my Visa!

-On 25th October evening a reception Lady was great -a sofa in The room

Location is good.

I booked & paid for my room the previous day before check in and when I arrived, I was informed that they basically sold out of the room I'd already paid for. They said they could put me in another room but it would cost more so this was a bad experience.

My bed hair cat hair on it ,, I had to request another room , and the hotel was in a terrible and unsafe area!

The price.

Due to the rating of 3.0 that was given, I was not expecting very much. I needed a comfortable bed, air conditioning and workable restroom. These I got. Facility is run down. The office help could not speak english well but we managed.

Had just 24 hours at the property but appreciated the modern comforts and fast Wi-Fi. Would gladly return on my next visit.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was professional and attentive, and the facilities were all in excellent working order. The room was cozy and relaxing.

Excellent place to stay. Rooms were very clean and modern. Great breakfast as well.
