Staff was amazing and the hotel was clean. Safe area and plenty of street parking.

I love how clean Marriott hotels are. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Major plus.

The location was falsely described as walkable. This hotel is off the freeway. Nothing nearby to walk to. The hotel was also listed as free parking. They do offer two handicap spaces and one regular car space, and garage parking for addl fee plus tax.

Hotel employees were very friendly and welcoming. Everything was exceptionally clean. Hotel was in a great location and could walk to wonderful restaurants.

The hotel was very nice including a parking garage which is why I chose this property. Location is close to downtown.

During my stay, the catalytic converter was stolen from my car while parked in their garage. Filed police report. Contacted Marriott directly - nothing. They obviously don't care. When I checked out the next day had not even looked at camera footage.

The room was super clean, like the bleach was strong enough to burn my eyes a little but at least I knew everything was clean.

New, very clean all around. Extra bedding for sofa sleeper was at hands reach in small closet.

Breakfast is very very limited..keep in mind hotel was not fully booked and when we went downstairs for breakfast almost “everything was gone”. If I’m going to pay $ for a”good” hotel with “good reviews; free breakfast” there should be brea

Good location, new and modern, spacious. After I complained, bed was made and towels replaced.

Hotel doesn't offer room cleaning b/c COVID but it wasn't disclosed to us until after we returned to unkempt rooms. When we inquired about it, the lady lied and said she told us (I have witnesses), and refused any credit. We should have been told upfront.

It was a very nice hotel and quiet. The bartender was very friendly.

The front desk receptionist was more into answering texts than helping guests, at least me. After having trouble with my cc working on the device and asking for help he was too busy answering and laughing at texts to help me. I just stood there until he was done, then he was a little annoyed at me after I tried what he originally told me and it didn't work. But he got over it as soon as he helped and I was able to leave him alone to his phone. It didn't appear others had issues so maybe it was just me or I interrupted his busy texting time.

Location is fine, room was clean with nice view at downtown, I could check in earlier so also a pros

There was no water and tea in the room, the TV was not working when I asked front office for help the receptionist shouted at me on the phone and didn’t even tried to help. When I went down to desk she was not there as she was sitting in the restaurant with apparently her friend. When I asked for assistance telling her she should have basic knowledge about those TV she almost attacked me! So the service was horrible. Also breakfast included in price was disappointing you could choose only one option and I couldn’t even get a fruit to a pancakes! I had to wait more than 30 minutes for breakfast to be provided thank god I was not in rush. Ventilation is also very loud.

Very convenient location. Close to many Restaurants and Bars. Clean and Comfortable rooms.
