Very polite, and nice and clean.

The breakfast was not to good.

The breakfast and the bed was comfortable

The walls are very thin, could hear everything.

Well lite outside and inside. Pretty clean for the most part

No hot tub,breakfast was bland,burt bacon, overdone eggs,had to cut with knife.Not enough food.Other patrons got upset and were talking loud about having to go out to get something to eat. Staff were very bad about making sure there was enough food

Customer service was excellent smiles and kindness

I have neck problems so the bed would have been excellent if it was more firm.

The room was very spacious, the bathroom was a little small but still nice.

The mattresses are a little firm, which isn¿t my preference, and the shower head did not have much pressure.

Was very disappointed! Had booked this hotel way in advance. Went to check in an they had moved us to an older hotel .

Convenience of location to our friends and sites we were interested in visiting; also, the room was spacious and had various kitchen items available for our use.

The location of light switches and the way doors opened; the refrigerator doors opened to the wrong side, making it difficult to load/unload, as well as to clean. The shower head difficult to adjust -- a handheld shower head would have been better.

I didn't actually get to stay there.

We booked at the Home2suites, and at check in, were told that the hotel was overbooked, and they had a room at the "owners other property" next door. I was expecting a great stay at a nice property, and got a dirty room with a broken sink and fridge.

Shower head needed some attention as it was awfully plugged up from shower scum.

Besides the entryway, the rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

The entrance and exit to hotel were a little confusing.

I stay here often, the breakfast has went down. The keep up was not kept well. They couldn’t keep up with the cleaning nor the replacement of the complementary breakfast. I notice the towels were Not clean/ / white like normal. The rooms nice but need upgrades. Location is nice. It’s nice & clean when you walk-in, Stafff at front desk is always friendly when entering.

We were told by the staff that while sitting down in lobby area that they were not allowed to turn the TV station to another channel. We wanted to look at the football bowl game while we were reclining down in the lobby. We were disappointed by that

Leaving

The water wasn’t hot. The bed was very uncomfortable. The AC in the main room didn’t work. The lame by the bed tripped the breaker when I would plug my phone charger in. The breakfast was horrible.
