Holiday Inn & Suites Houston NW - Vintage Park Area by IHG

The Hotel staff from the manager, reception desk, bar staff to the kitchen staff were exceptional. There was an un foreseen incident with my vehicle in the parking lot which had nothing to do with the personal inside but yet they all showed concerned

Small roaches by the a/c unit in the room and several in the bathroom. Bathroom floor was sticky so we cleaned it with a towel. Otherwise, was OK.

We were there for a weekend long 55th class reunion. The hotel was perfect for our three events, staff was wonderful, the catered meals were delicious, and our hotel rooms were nice. Everyone was very happy with our hotel choice.

Would prefer to access the ballroom without going outside, but it is in a separate building. Not a dealbreaker though. We are already planning to have our next reunion here.

My cousin was having a 50th birthday party at this location, so she picked the hotel.

My room had a wet smell to it and as I was showering I noticed dirt or soap scum on the soap holder in the shower. There was a cigarette burn on the comforter and stains that could be seen through the steers that were on the mattress pad. Not the cleanest

The room we were given smelled terrible! Like sewage and mold/mildew. Absolutely disgusting. Then a full blown girl¿s softball team kept screaming and yelling up and down the halls and knocking on doors. I also prepaid for breakfast and didn¿t get it.

The restaurant staff was AMAZING! Very clean and the hash browns were to die for!

I booked a room for 4, and we only had 2 bath towels. The hotel has a nice indoor pool, so we asked for more towels and they said they only had 2 left. No extra towels for the 2 other people to be able to shower, and no extra towels for the pool.

Proximity to restaurants and staff were very friendly and helpful

Water pressure and hot water were lacking. Very little water pressure and hot water ran out after 5 minutes or so.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile and received great service. Upon checking out, we were greeted by hotel employee, who was extremely courteous and delightful. It was a great way to start and end our stay..

We would have like to have breakfast included.

The first staff member on the desk didn¿t really seem to care that it was 9:00 and I am still waiting for a room.

Professional and friendly staff, cleanliness of hotel and room.

Bed bugs. I have photos. Hotel refused a refund for my reservation. I left the same night and made reservations elsewhere.

The location was perfect for our objective. Houston is an easy city to navigate, so its most likely a perfect location in general. Quick check in, courteous & professional staff. Excellent stay.

Location and safe. Many restaurants near by. Staff was very accommodating especially at last minute due to my 21 year old being a female and had to leave another facility due to safety reasons. Had restaurant at hotel as well with good food. Definitely recommend and would stay again.
