Staff was great

the restaurant was being renovated, the room furniture is pretty beat up and needs updating

This is a charming boutique hotel in a great location. It is very easy to get in and out of because it’s not located on a major street. Great shops and restaurants walking distance away. Amazing and friendly staff!

Food was just mediocre. Room design was not my style and felt inexpensive.

I went there on the middle of a hurricane and the staff was amazing. The hotel staff worked really hard to make sure everyone was ok.

I never had housekeeping which, I mean, was ok since I did stay in the middle of a hurricane. The only irksome part was that others said they had housekeeping- fresh towels and such.

The pool area was really nice and relaxing.

The hotel was nice; however, I've stayed at nice 4-star hotels. I didn't like that vehicles had to be valeted; there was no self parking. Food was good but extremely overpriced for what it was.

Excellent service, building and staff.

Non-communication between staff.We went down to the pool at 6:30 & got denied entry.None of the staff ever mentioned the pool closing due to special occasion reservation. I'd inquired about pool hours during the tour and multiple other times.Disappointing

Beautiful property with a very attentive staff that goes out of their way to make you fell welcome without being overbearing. Great place to stay.

Equipment in the workout area could stand to be upgraded with higher quality pieces, especially the bike. Very disappointing given what a nights stay costs. I have stayed there several times and made the request each time to have it upgraded.

This was a great hotel in a nice part of town. Their customer service was spot on and they went above and beyond what was to be expected. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and they sent up a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered truffles.

Valet parking was mandatory, but it was to be expected with this level of hotel in that part of town.

Friendly staff, quiet, clean, comfortable.

I don't stay at many 5-star hotels. However, I have stayed at a few. But it just rubs me wrong that there is a mandatory valet that costs $28 + tax + tip per day. I get it, nice and fancy cars and people. It's expected. But it rubs me wrong. Feel scammed.

the fake disneyland feel of the medieval castle is poorly executed. construction materials are the cheapest in this hotel

Location - very easy to get to. Friendly service. Good restaurant.

I eat cold cereal for breakfast. I couldn't find any cereal except for oatmeal on the in-room menu, and I couldn't find anywhere downstairs to get cereal. Next time I'll probably bring my own & some milk since there a fridge in the rooms.

The furnishings and decor are very nice. The piano is a great feature when sitting around the bar and lobby. A Maserati as the hotel shuttle is awesome.

Loved it all. If I had 1 comment, it would be that the hall floors are tile (with rugs) and the carts that housekeeping uses are loud when rolling over the tile. We had enough sleep by the time we started hearing them go. Overall, great stay!
