room was smelling moist, I noticed that the fan in the bathroom was broken The room was located at the end of corridor I¿m sure the room was not used for a long time. I told receptionist we are family, I am guessing he gave us this room on purpose

the hotel has no smoking policy, but some guests smoked pot around the room(s) on the first floor. The strong smell of Marijuana got inside our room while the young toddler stayed with us. The front desk staff was rude and failed to resolve the matter.

This hotel was incredibly clean. I found the check in easy and the staff were friendly. They served a very good hot breakfast which included scrambled eggs and sausage and included many other breakfast items.

Cleanliness

The breakfast, most hotels have gone back to pre-COVID but this hotel has not and I did not see any disclaimers prior to booking

Place reeks of smoke and weed smell. It was so strong that I got a headache. We could smell it in the halls, the room and even outside. Staff checking us in was rude and couldn¿t really understand her. Heard gunshots when we left to eat.

Breakfast was lacking

The room itself was fine and secure, the bed was cozy, the staff were on-the-ball, and the price was fair. I liked that we were able to hook up to the TV and that the location was very convenient to the Bellaire area.

At one point we came back and found both our keys had stopped working mysteriously [Easily solved, just odd.] The room had a bit of disrepair, and currently due to COVID their continental breakfast is really just a couple of pre-packaged items.

Hot breakfast was only one flat egg that we had to take out the mimi fridge in dinning area.

Hotel itself, appears very clean. Hotel staff were good and Hotel maids were friendly.

This hotel would be a lot better if there was security on premises. The rooms have ¿thin walls and you can hear people¿s conversations, their tv and everything people do, in the rooms! My next door neighbor was extremely noisy all night! Do not recommend.

Nothing and would not stay here again and definitely would not recommend this place

Location was super sketchy, the carpet was soaked close to the refrigerator and the room smelled horrible, like sewage.

Location is way off I10. Not in Katy Texas. Room had urine smell. No breakfast.

It is quiet. Beds are comfy.

Missing an expensive shirt. Only housekeeping was in the room other than me.

I loved how spacious the single king bed rooms were.

Unfortunately, there was construction going on next to the building so my room didn¿t have much of a view but I still enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were updated.

The breakfast selection was limited. Please consider a larger variety of grab n go items, along with juices, bottled water, and flavored hot teas for the non-coffee drinkers. Also, reassign the post for the check-in host who worked Friday 6/19. Poor svc!

nice interior design and room size

This facility was built with NO SOUND INSULATION. We could hear not just voices and TV on each side, but every word of their conversations. At 1:05 AM I beat on the wall and they were gracious enough to retire for the night. This is cheap construction.

My nephew stayed at the hotel while waiting for his apartment to be ready to move in. He was thrilled with the service He loved the coffee and juice all day as well as the convenience to stores in the neighborhood. It was very clean.

Nice hotel, comfortable beds, good breakfast. Good price.

Friendly staff, clean, great location.

I was unable to get a handicap room. the first night the room above us sound like they were dropping weights on the floor. The second night we were moved to the 4th floor which made it quite, however the shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor.

Seem to only have 1 elevator and not sure if they have stairs instead of waiting for the elevator
