Friendly staff. Room was fine.

Too far away from conveniences and restaurants. No food options at hotel but unhealthy snacks.

The staff was friendly upon arrival and departure. The room was clean, comfortable and the bed was comfortable biggest plus when traveling along with being clean.

Small issue. At 6am the alarm clock started going off and every time I thought I turned it off it would go off again in like 10 minutes. Not at all the hotel fault possible guest.

Room had a shower; good ice machine

Ran out of soap in the liquid soap dispenser and toilet paper. AC was bad. Breakfast was terrible. Room coffee maker was missing a part so it was inoperable. Just another lousy Brookhollow hotel.

It had friendly staff and a good breakfast.

The hotel was a 4 star but it really should be 3.8. It's not quite a 4 star.

Front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. I’ve returned to this location for 5 years and know that I will be helped and greeted. Rooms are neat.

The variety of breakfast has reduced and the quality of coffee items have declined. The bed in the suite I stayed in was very hard, no cushion to it. The treadmills either do not work or are experiencing wear and for the price we pay, all of these things should be considered to be improved. Even though I return to this location, I am considering other options because it’s not as exceptional as it once was.

The lobby was clean and inviting, all of the staff was helpful and attentive, and the rooms were very comfortable for a short stay. Our room was quiet and clean with a lot of natural light. The parking was sufficient and we felt our vehicle was safe overnight.

The hallways outside of the rooms were quite humid, but it's a very minor inconvenience compared to the rest of the facility. It's summer in Houston, humidity is a given, I would say! There seemed to be a lot of children at the time of our stay, but I wouldn't say the hotel is "kid-centric," just something I noticed.

The breakfast was very good. A changing offering of hot foods such as oatmeal, scrambled eggs, egg sandwich eggs, bacon, pork sausage, turkey sausage, tiny quiches, etc. They had make-your-own waffles with your choice of maple syrup or blueberry compote with whole blueberries! The typical choice of cold cereals, toast, bagels, English muffins, etc. Coffee, cocoa, tea, milk, chocolate milk, OJ and apple juice.

They had a bar which was never open.

Website advertises a bar area but d/t staff arrangements the bar was not in use during my stay. Didn’t like that it wanted you to join/sign up to enjoy the complimentary WiFi.

The bed really needs to be reaplaced. It was a king size bed, and it sunk in the middle, which was not comfortable.

Nice size room. Main lobby and breakfast area were very open and comfortable.

They did not clean our room and when they did come we were in the shower and I asked if they could come right back and she said no. Trash and towels piled up everywhere. They have a every other day policy but we got there Friday and no one came until Sunday and refused to clean

The rooms were comfortable and the location is great

Breakfast was not good. There are not too many options. Also, the breakfast was empty at 9:30 am. I didn't get to eat anything, though breakfast time was 7 - 10 am. It seems like breakfast is first come, first serve, and if it is over in 30 min, that's that for breakfast.
