Homewood Houston Memorial

The size if the room. It was really nice with a full kitchen. The hotel is in a great location to do lots of activities

Nope everything was perfect

Cleanliness and location

Pillows are so soft

Location and room and the breakfast was the best!

I like the cleanliness of the hotel and room

Just the wear of the carpet in the room and the low sitting in the lobby.

The perfect location within minutes of restaurants, attractions & stores.

No complaints!

Location and very spacious suite.

The front door entrance threshold is too high to allow a wheel chair to traverse it, it also was very difficult to push the loaded luggage cart against it to cross it to go into the lobby. I mentioned it the front desk, he assured me he would relay.

I enjoyed how clean this hotel was. The room was exactly as pictured.

I would have loved a second person working the front desk so check in could have been a bit faster.

Very clean. Free breakfast was great¿. Happy hour on Wed was awesome. Such a nice touch and added bonus!

Breakfast ends early¿ 9 am

The friendliness of staff and how clean it is. Very comfortable and modern room.

Nothing at all

The room was very nice and spacious! The hotel is located near a lot of shops and eateries. I really enjoyed their breakfast in the morning.

cleanliness and very nice rooms with full kitchens

It was quiet, and they had a great continental breakfast. Spacious, clean rooms.

I had to literally beg for toiletries multiple times, and simplicity¿s such as: fresh towels, and have my trash taken out. I called the front desk, no one ever came. We had to take our own trash out and leave dirty linen in the hallway.

Nice place and lower cost than some others. Pre cruise stay the night before driving in to Galveston. Close to Ciro's restraunt as well which we have found to be excellent!

Excellent customer service, clean rooms, nice decor.

Wasn't too fond of the breakfast options.

The accommodation was nice, the room was spacious and had everything I needed for a short stay away from home with my infant daughter while repairs were being done to my apartment.

The sink in the kitchen of the suite needs more careful cleaning, the sink had food sitting in it that had not been run the the insinkerator and smelled badly upon entry to the room, it had been sitting inside the sink so long that it was rotten.

It felt more like an apartment than a hotel room.

The bed was just a little hard for myself.

Cleanliness and how spacious the room was.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was really good.

The cleanliness and location.

Clean , wonderful amenities like the evening reception

Not really
