OYO Hotel Houston, TX near Medical Center NRG Stadium

wouldn?t know because the hotel was shut down when i arrived did not get to stay and did not get a refund

hotel was unavailable to even enter

Hotel randomly closed and locked everyone out without notification or refund

The hotel was so BAD!!!! ITS LIKE FALLING APART. NOT CLEAN. I HAD NO TOWELS. A REMOTE WITH NO BATTERIES SO I WAS UNABLE TO WATCH TELEVISION. IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE RENTING HOTEL STAYS.

I didn't like anything at all about the hotel.

The room smelled and. was dingy. It had roaches. The microwave didn't work. It was just running down. It was noisy. People beat on the door at night. It seemed real seedy. When my brother complained the front desk, they cut the power off in the room.

Absolutely nothing!

Think twice about staying at this location! Do NOT! Sleeping in your car is a better option. Disgusting and dirty, the smell is gagging - plus nothing at all about the situation felt safe. Was a complete disaster.

This place is overrun by druggies and dangerous people. We couldn't stay there for the safety of the elderly lady. She was freaking out and the red cross volunteer was chased with a hammer by a man who was high.

No light in the room, all furniture was broken, flies all over the room, room was overcome with very pungent cigarette smoke smell, Matress and bedding was filthy in tatters. I left immediately and wasnt given a refund or apology. Traumatic experience.

This place was run down and disgusting!!! It was literally the Worst hotel room I¿ve ever seen in my life! It was filthy and falling apart. There was a spider in the bed when I pulled back the sheets. There were holes in the wall .

Whataburger was next to it which made it convenient for food.

Did not like the false advertisement, Google pictures show rooms spotless and clean and well maintained. Rooms were infested with roaches, we couldn't sleep. This hotel needs to be shut down immediately. I would like a full refund. Very pathetic

Nothing, got robbed they broke into the hotel room

The sink wasn¿t working , mini fridge, no light in bathroom, they broke in and stole our stuff. Still waiting for my money back

This motel is dishonest and will take ($****) your money. I was told at check in that no rooms were available. Then hit with a cancellation fee in the total amount of the room. These ppl running game on ppl. Be careful!

It was terrible I had no TV no microwave and my tub was clogged and sink was broke

I would honestly like a full refund because the hotel look nothing like it did in the pictures and it was very unsanitary

Upon arriving all lights were off and doors locked. No staff anywhere to assist and many homeless sitting outside building. Online still said plenty of rooms were available. Would not recommend to anyone even for a quick nights stay.

Nothing. Shady looking place. The OYO corporation isn't accountable and can't even get an email response or a phone call return from anyone. Basically gave them money and got nothing in return.

Office was locked upon arrival during daylight hours. The sign on the door said to use night window and/or call the property phone number. I attempted to do both. Called 5 times. No answer. I was denied a refund, and claimed I was a no show.

I drove by this location and was scared to stop

Raggedy driveways trash all around homeless people outside

Close to reliant park and other venues. Well lighted.

bugs.

everyone was so nice and helpful.

Not good hot water pressure roaches.

Nothing. Utter waste of time and money.

Broken stairs, patched door & walls, broken window, bugs, cockroaches, no tissue, dirty linens, dirty towel, broken table and chair. Horrible experience. We booked for 2nights but moved out after 1st. Do not waste your money, it's not worth a penny.

Hotel employee was awesome! One, I think he's a robot, as I always saw him working the front desk. Be it early morning, midday, evening, or at late night, he was always there to respond and assist with anything that was needed.

The floor of the room could have been swept upon our arrival, but honestly, not really. For the price and location; it was worth every small infraction that a spoiled uppity person like myself would notice.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. For a small and inexpensive hotel it was extremely well count and pride of ownership showed. I would definitely stay there again.

I only hate that my trip was cut short by an emergency. The staff were very accommodating am I needing to cancel my last two days.
