Red Star Inn & Suites

Room resembled a refugee shelter with lumpy pillows & worn ,thin , faded blue blankets,it smelled like a 20 yr old ash tray . I booked a king but got 2 full beds instead. The bathroom door appeared to have been kicked in at the bottom . It was nasty!

Poor tv/internet service. It required streaming through their tv and wasn't good. Very poor water pressure. I could barely rinse my hair while showering. Shady characters hanging around.

The man at the front desk was nice. Once we got in the room it wasn't bad. We enjoyed the hot tub.

The blankets had cigarette holes in them. Instead of changing them, the cleaning staff left them on the bed. I had to go to the front and ask for a new one. Then there was glue all over multiple services. I told the guy at the desk, and he said Don't worry about it and that he had tried to scrape it off with no avail. The pics of this place are definitely edited. It looks like a sketchy place. The breakfast consisted of six powdered donuts from the little pack, some cereal, and a waffle maker. So, needless to say, we went to Sonic for breakfast.

I booked a room I arrived the man changed the price raised it 50$.. I paid in booking.com apparently they don't pay enough

The breakfast wasn't avaliable at 6AM. Outside my room was a girl smoking pod at 6AM.

The staff was nice, the room was clean, perfect location.

We could reach everywhere we want to visit in short time. Room was clean. Hotel seems to be renovated.

Breakfast wasn't diverse. Our reserved room wasn't empty when we arrive. We are offered a different room. They said it's booking.com 's mistake, they overbooked.

Management was attentive to the small issue we had with the television and WiFi.

There were some guys who kept hanging around the stairs smoking "blunts." That's not too inviting. There were also some children who were using the walkway as their personal playground. But, that's not necessarily management's fault.

Beds were comfortable and room was clean.

The guy at the front desk wasn't too inviting. He wouldn't even smile. He forgot to give me our room key, and my driver's license had to go back and get them.
