The location was good. The ONE employee was a rockstar, jumping back and forth between the bar and the front desk. She deserves a HUGE raise. She was cheerful and calm and completely unruffled amid a chaotic lobby filled with a sports team and others.
Great stay! Great employees-so friendly and helpful. Cold AC in the room-bath products smell so good! We would stay here again.
I stayed for a week and worked remote from the room. It is nearby an HEB, the best supermarket in the country. The side next to the road is actually pretty quiet. Nice revovation. I did need to get a working hairdryer from staff and I've met more friendly

Cons -

The lack of staff was inconvenient and the room was not clean. The wall paper in my room was peeling with obvious BLACK MOLD visible underneath.
The ac unit was older and not as maintained as many.
I had to ask for towels because there were no towels in the room. The mini fridge also didnÃ¢â¬â¢t work.

The room had ants in the bed. We moved the mattress and found more ants behind the pillows and going up the wall. I will never stay at that hotel again. No discount or anything.

Location, room was quiet

The bathtub was concave on bottom, very uncomfortable standing in it, feel it is dangerous, as there is not enough flat surface for you to stand in, throws your balance off, deceiving when you step into it.

we had a nicely remodeled room. the staff was very friendly. it was conveniently located near shopping/restaurants.

Customer service was akin to that at a convenience store. Rooms were ok but bathrooms were moldy and disgusting.

The location was good and the beds were comfortable but other than that there was nothing I cared for.

close proximity to where I needed to be, lots of great restaraunts within walking distance, served starbucks and had a full bar and restaurant in the lobby

Rooms felt small. The air conditioning never got cool enough. We had to ask daily for more towels. Common things forgotten on a trip, like a brush, was not stocked in their market or shop. We love staying where there's free breakfast and there was not one
