Haven Inn and Suites Willowbrook

The location.

Everything! The room was dirty and very unsanitary, the restroom had mold or slime growing, the trash can had someone else¿s trash in it. The room was absolutely disgusting and I had a new born with me. It was so dirty, I had to leave and get another roo

The attendant at the front desk was very gracious and did not hassle me when I explained the room was not acceptable because of the smell. He allowed me to cancel the reservation on the spot which I very much appreciated.

Smell of the room, torn bedding and general location next to an adult entertainment establishment.

Convenient location; reasonable rate; helpful staff.

They advertised free breakfast. Upon arrival, I learned that all they offered for a couple of hours each morning was free juice instead.

Bed was clean and soft. AC worked great. Room was very clean.

Need a better free breakfast like waffles bacon eggs something other than tiny biscuits and juice. No blow dryer

Didn't care for the room close to the freeway. The highway noise is to loud when you're sleeping. Being that they were booked up. I had to settle for that room.

Great hotel brand new hotel friendly staff

close to home

Nothing this place is definitely not worth the money all the furniture is run down and on top of that there's was a huge hole in the bathroom door and there's roaches use to be a good hotel before they got new management.

Management was very rude, and you can't get any privacy there it's definitely not worth the money and it's run down with roaches.

I liked that it was near food spots, the place was clean, there was no deposit whilst I was in a budget, and it was quick and easy to check in.

The surrounding area was a little run down, with closed businesses, but the facility took time to put a barrier around the property so that visually it was an ok environment. It was really clean.

Absolutely nothing !

The staff was rude the man who drives the mini van with the big belly he is very disrespectful an a massive jerk the breakfast was honey buns and expired orange juice they have very bad attitudes the sheets are nasty the covers have burn holes the rooms stink and have not to well up keep the microwave it sooo nasty it was yellowish orangish in the in side the toilet wouldn’t flush an the have roaches and mold

Neat bed and bathroom

Shower! The shower faucet is all blocked and streaming only few

Positives, the room had alot of space and big mirrors. The inn had water bottles to purchase for a dollar.

The room smelled. There was stains on some of the funiture. Also the bed was uncomfortable and the main blanket had holes. The bathroom smilled terrible. I felt icky in the room. Also the free breakfast was underwhelming. Orange Juice and pre packaged muffins from the market. Lame.I wish there was staff during the morning time for check out. I did not know where to place my key card.

Location and cleanliness

Sheets were ripped and door needs replacement

worst experiences ever. so sad

the breakfast was so embarrassing, the furniture were terrible, trouble quality of samples , missing so much about everything.

Clean and up-to-date and refrigerator and located close to where I was going.

Bathroom licked from upstairs bathroom and when told workers didn't seem to care or accidate . They didn't come to my room to invest the problem or anything nothing

I will never stay there again.

Roaches in room. Nothing worked except for TV and running water. Roaches in room, mini fridge ,microwave didn't work. False advertisement on breakfast, only had water and coffee . Only reason we stayed was because we were dead tired and it had 4 walls for us to sleep in. Even with unauthorized critters.

Poor

No breakfast as expected, smoking room with holes on the comforter and blankets

DO NOT STAY HERE

the floor was sticky, the walls had marks all over it, the lock on the door was broken, the blankets had burn holes in them
