Room was too small, bathroom was tool small. room carpet was too old, iron was old and button was coming off, not much options in breakfast

Why you would build a Hyatt running parallel to a Highway I will never know. If you book a room you better get a room on the backside of the hotel. The traffic noise is loud on the front of the hotel. So loud that the hotel has ear plugs in the room

Great location. Near several eateries. Clean and updated features

The staff was attentive.

Security was inept. On my first night, the security guard stood by and watched my vehicle get stolen. Security didn't report it, or note it in their report, or contact police.

Clean - good breakfast

I booked a room with two queen beds, but when I arrived, I was given one bed and a rollin bed. I was charged the double room rate. I was told that the manager was too busy to address my issue after I was told 3 times they ¿ would leave her a message¿

Hotel staff was great and breakfast was great as well.

The room was good since it was last minute. The cleaning team team needs to do a better job. There was left over trash in my room behind the bathroom trash can.

Our room was clean and spacious. The two most important things for my family when we stay in a hotel.

There was many times after 11 pm when there was no one at the front desk. We wanted to purchase some of the ready made food items and drinks. But we're never able to.

Room was clean but the mattresses need to be changed out. Mattresses were very lumpy and downright uncomfortable.

Mattresses were very lumpy and downright uncomfortable. It took me over 3 hours to get to sleep because of the mattresses. I was by myself in a room with 2 beds. The second bed that I switched to in the middle of the night was worse than the first.

Needed Extra blanket for the sofa bed.

Access to the hotel was tough. The area is not pedestrian friendly at all.

This property have a very homey lobby in restaurant atmosphere. The staff was very nice and seem to know what they were doing. This property had a nice sitting area outside in a nice pool and a good workout facility. Very nice property and I¿ll stay there

Shower was terrible. Had to ask for coffee cannisters to be refilled every day. Ordered a Starbucks coffee one morning and it was terrible. Not as good as coffee cannister

The shower. Also the toilet kept running. Starbucks was a joke

This hotel advertised daily cleaning. I left around 8:30 AM and was gone all day. When I returned to the hotel, my room had not been cleaned, garbage not dirty towels had not been taken out . I notified the front desk who said only clean min stay of 7 day

Proximity to the Nature Preserve, all day cookies, happy hour at the bar.

They charge a lot for late check-out.

Front desk employee was very nice and polite. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.

Shower was not good and breakfast was less than average.

Friday 3:25 am waste management was emptying dumpsters at the hospital behind the hotel. Hilarious part was I requested a room facing the back as freeway traffic would have been noisy in the front. Not hotel's fault.

The young man at the front desk was so helpful when I misplaced my key! He didn't give me a hard time about it, just made a new one and said when I find the other just bring it up to him.

I arrived about an hour earlier that expected, hoping to check-in before attending a wedding rehearsal dinner, but the front desk girl told me that my room wasn't ready. I asked to be moved to another room and she just gave me a look :(

Easy to get to off the highway and close to Vintage Park (3 mminutes) restaurants!

Everything was great and the staff was so so nice!!

You could tell there was a lot of drug use. There were signs posted about not doing drugs. Room smelled like a bottle of cheap perfume and someone took out all the light bulbs. Didn't feel safe there and I can handle myself and carry but still not safe
