I liked the layout and space in the room. The staff is polite and helpful. The breakfast is a nice offering.

The bedding and pillows need to be thoroughly cleaned with hot water, laundry detergent, and bleach! They all smell heavily of bodily oils.?absolutely disgusting. The second set we received smelled just as badly as the first set. It?s unsanitary!

Water pressure could be better and some of the room furniture was a bit weathered.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was very dirty and the furniture was torn. A dog had clearly stayed in the room before us and the hotel did not properly clean the room. It smelled horribly. We couldn't even sit on the sofa due to the smell.

Probably the worse stay ever. The couch was wet with pee and the bed my baby and i were in was infested with bed bugs. I had to move everyone to a new room in the middle of the night. Needless to say I didn't get much sleep.

Clean big rooms

5 cars were vandalized with no cameras. And the pool was closed the entire 8 nights. Pretty unacceptable to have the pool closed and have so much vandalism in their parking lot

We really enjoyed the options for their breakfast choice. It was a very well stacked well organized. I think with the amount of events that we had planned we didn¿t get to utilize a lot of the amenities and it looked very nice. We did at least see.

Check-in 45 minutes, they couldn¿t find the name, they had a different credit card than what I have charged the room with. Once that was resolved it was smooth sailing.

The price

I switched rooms several times- they all smelled awful. I let the staff know and they didn¿t care. The carpets were stained in every room. One room had other people¿s garbage in it still.

The room was great as well as the front staff. Good breakfast selections also.

Our work vehicle was broken into. We were even parked near the front entrance. No security cameras because they have a security guard who patrols the property yet this still happened. Thousands of dollars stolen. Where was security when it happened?

There was no internet at all. I went for business and I needed internet. The hotel was nice, but if I go for business, I definitely wouldn't prefer it.

my bathroom was not cleaned. soap scrum from the last guest. dirt on the soap bay and the shower floor

Staff was great with customer service

Yes, I cancel my hotel reservation 15mins after booking and was still charged 127 dollars after I was told it was free cancelation

Staff are awesome. Decent breakfast. Heated outdoor pool (as warm as the hot tub!!) Better than average fitness room.

This hotel is very modern and up to date. My room was extremely clean. The fact that they had black out roller shades made me even more excited to stay. Best night sleep ever!

Conveniently located, clean, excellent service, friendly and confident staff, comfortable bedding, quiet and safe!!!! We’ll definitely use this hotel for all our future trips to NW Houston. Even our pet Yorkie was welcomed!!

The breakfast buffet wasn’t appealing to me at all, but definitely not a deal breaker. At a minimum, yogurt, fruit and coffee or juice was available and would suffice if I really needed it.

The room is suitable for a family with kids. It had all the appliances and utensils that we needed. Nice breakfast option.

The swimming pool is way too small. It was hot summer days. kids wanted to be in the pool, it was rather crowded. Breakfast time can be extended to 10 am.

It's brand new, clean, and spacious.
