I had to leave because my room had roaches, dirty sheets, cigarette holes, and the staff was super rude

The entire experience was horrible. The room was dirty, the manager and the staff were rude, the hotel did not have running water for 2 days I had to pay to take shower some where else, the hotel is a joke and needs to be closed

Location was good retail stores malls and restaurants surrounding area quite and pleasant

The photos on line looked better had holes in the walls phone wasn't working shower holder was broken they advertise free breakfast and they only serve coffee people look forward to breakfast..... that was awful

The outside looked okay

The room they gave us initially smelled like an ashtray and then the front desk person put up charged me for a different room that was "smokefree" for it to still smell like stale smoke. The bedding was also gross.

Proximity to what I had to do

I ended up with a smoking room though I don¿t remember seeing that. It wasn¿t that bad.

I got a great deal $-- a night I guess the rating was 1.5 but for my needs was fine with my clean king sized bed ample air conditioning- there was no breakfast available due to COVID but that was no problem as there was a Starbucks right around the corner

Booking. Com suggested I stay a this hotel because it was a "better deal" what really happened was I was sent to a two star hotel and couldn't cancel my reservation made by booking. Com. I had originally ask for a reservation at a four star hotel!

Everything was very clean, quiet and not in a bad neighborhood!

I was surprised at how quiet it was, given that it was just off of FM1960. I liked the wooden floors, and for me, I was 3 steps away from the washer and dryer/ laundry. It's NOT a 2 1/2 star hotel. It is a MOTEL, and I'd rate it @ 1.5 star.

Price, cleanliness and spacious

Construction, a little hidden in back and bathroom door to big to open. The bathroom a little small and the door hits the toilet. No pool. The door had space around it that could allow insects or small critters to get in. Very creepy at night

The room was nice and comfortable. Very quiet.

It was a smoking room and the odor was very strong. Also, the room was on the second floor and there was no elevator.

the rooms smell like skunk. the towels were hard and stiff like a sponge. the bed had stains on it. outside people were standing then cars would pull up to them then leave. it did not feel safe.
