Hampton Inn & Suites Houston I-10 West Park Row

I tried to check in at 430am 06/16/25 and I couldn't do it, they said to late for check in. I couldn't make it one day before for troubles in the freeways and tired.

Location and staff were great.

Breakfast could have been better.

Was not able to utilize hotel.

No, had auto difficulty and had to forfeit my reservation as well fees paid.

The staff was nice. Hotel employee got me in quickly. Nice hotel. Coffee in room

IT WAS A NICE HOTEL BUT THE FRONT DESK CLERK WASN'T TOO FRIENDLY

DIDN'T LIKE THE MATTRESS ON THE BED WAS HARD AND NOT VERY COMFORTABLE THEREFORE I DID NOT SLEEP WELL.I GOT UP WITH A TERRIBLE BACKACHE.

As someone who has dietary restrictions I wish they had more of a healthier option. It was all carb and sugar overload

the look and the breakfast was nice very neat and the pool was great.

i got several hold charges on my account which was not good. 3 days later still waiting for the charges to clear.

The people from the hotel were very nice and they had a full breakfast free internet ,very clean and location was perfect location from where I had my training .

very clean and convenient location... far enough from the interstate no noise but close enough for conveniences.

The room is clean (although the chaise lounge was a little stained) and thoughtfully laid out. Love that most outlets also have a USB outlet for charging devices.

The breakfast is a bit lacking in options, which is totally understandable coming out of Covid restrictions. Hard to make something free as nice as it was 2+ years go. Overall, not much to complain about this hotel!

Location, hearing impaired room amenities and dog friendly.

The room was surface clean but needs a deep cleaning.

I liked the size and the cleanliness of my hotel room.

Someone attempted to break into my car the first night at the hotel. The staff was not helpful and there were not cameras in the parking lot. The staff reported that they did not have security that night. I did not feel safe staying at this hotel.

The locations proximity to where I needed to be. I liked the fact that they actually served breakfast.

The bed was uncomfortable, it was hard. The breakfast was mediocre there were eggs and potatoes but no meat and the potatoes were cold.

Friendly staff except for one lady at the front desk. Clean room decently sized, small shower, NOW serving hot breakfast. Ideal for a short-term stay.

There was a lady at the front who was inconsiderate and her patience level was less than par. She called my room for incidentals for a reservation I decided to extended on and was a bit rude about my service dog.

I left a couple of days early bc my Mom went into a medical facility and was told they would credit my nights not there. Thank you.

AC rattled; they mentioned there would be breakfast bags in the morning but there weren't any

Hotel employee  went above and beyond! He worked the evening shift. I called and told him I would be a late arrival (2:30AM) and he held my room for me. Also when I arrived the gentlemen working the front desk was very helpful as well.
