The First Lady that checked us in was very helpful and polite

When I returned to the hotel the elevator was out we were on the 4th floor and I have knee problems, instead of being sympathetic, and acting like you care, instead downgraded the hotel which led me to go find another hotel at 1:30 in the morning

clean, spacious, nice staff

yes was a lot of noise in the halls people running late at night after midnight for at list 10 minutes it was weird

Location as always.

Towels were dingy looking. Shower could have been cleaner. I did not like how low the toilet was.

Free breakfast and parking. We got 4 pillows per bed.

Ceiling looked like it was falling. Buckets of water and trash bags hanging from ceiling. Carpet looked to be mildewed. Sheets on the were not cleaned bathroom floor was dirty as if it had never been mopped. As far as the towels. I had to go buy my own

The hotel staff is not helpful we called the customer service line for clean sheets we have a 3 year old that wet the bed it was never changed that why we left and went to another hotel it's sad all the money we paid

Staff and housekeeping is sorry imwould not recommended it to no family with kids

My Air was broke and it took them 2 days to get me a new room. I sweated the first two nights in 78 degree room

We liked everything, the room, breakfast, parking, cleanliness of the facilities, and staff.

It was a positive experience.

Hotel was very clean, and not very crowded. Location was great considering the location of my business in town. Area felt very safe. Plenty of food/shopping options close to hotel. Breakfast was good, and area was very clean. Excellent hotel staff!

I pick this hotel because it's in a great location. Shopping, food, gas, etc all in one central location

We had to ask for room to be cleaned. When we asked, the ol;d sheets that were stained were still on the bed. Sheets were not changed when room was cleaned - do we have to specify everything one by one?

It was very clean and staff was nice

It is clean and new. I have to mention  the one who was at the reception when I checked in. Just a very pleasant and with great personality.

I wish the breakfast opens around 6 AM not, 6:30 AM.

Have stayed at this hotel three times this year. Have never experienced an issue and staff is always helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

The option to have an extended checkout would be nice.

I really loved how helpful the front desk was. When we arrived they actually gave us the wrong room. When I mentioned this to the Blaze, who was part of the front desk staff he was very quick to make changes and give us the appropriate room.

No complaints, we had no issues.

The elevator was not working... handicapped and unable to climb stairs..
