Great location to Daikin Park. Breakfast buffet was good. Traveling with a child and having a night light in the bathroom was a great addition.

Room was very humid. The valet guy lost our keys for 45min and did not have a clue where they were. Was very frustrating

Filthy room staff did not care to change linen. I told them over and over that feces was on the line and I showed the staff pictures and no one changed my linen the entire three night stay. I ended up purchasing my own covers. Couldn¿t cancel the room

The location was perfect and the staff was great. Breakfast was always great as well.

The room was missing several items upon check in. The phone didn¿t work in the room so we had to go downstairs to the front to ask for the missing items. 1/2 the items we never received.

It's great having a full kitchen. The rooms are also very spacious and functional.

Ahead of travel, I went to the hotel website and read their safety protocols, which included requiring masks for staff and guests in public areas. However, when I arrived, most staff were not wearing masks and few guests were.

No housekeeping for duration of stay. Broken fixtures and electrical issues. Overpriced.

Downtown location made it easy to walk to restaurants and bars. The metro train also runs right by there which gives you even more access to locations downtown.

Valet being the only available parking at $36 per day. Valet is inconvenient, gives me no immediate access to my vehicle, return service is snail slow, and then tips are expected after being gouged for parking and getting terrible service.

The biggest asset of this hotel is the location. The staff and facilities are great as well.

The elevators are slow, but that's not really something I should be complaining about. Overall, a great place to stay.

The staff was very accommodating and respectful.

We had to wait over 3 hours for our room to be ready. I would have thought during this nursing conference and high occupancy that more staff would have been available to speed things up.

I like the size of my suite and generally the staff always said "hello" to you. Simple but nice gesture. Also, very nice breakfast, well above average. Grabbed the USA Today on the way to breakfast to catch up on my ride to my morning destinations.

I had to call on 2 of 3 days and request housekeeping please tend to my room, as it had been the middle of the afternoon and it had not been tended to. This was annoying as then I had to have housekeeping in my room while I was in the room.

Brand new. Huge rooms.

Shared lobby with Hampton Inn made it confusing.
