Rooms are old , shelves in bathroom broken. Coffee in a really stupid location should be on the table.

The staff is friendly and very responsive to guest requests. The breakfast is the best one I've ever had a t a budget hotel; the cook is excellent and the food is presented very well. The valet service is fast and friendly. The room was adequate.

Only one thing. We called and requested early checkin to watch the Astros play at 1 pm. They said "no problem', but then charged us an additional $25 when we checked in! Not happy about THAT!

Location and friendly staff. Especially the valet and shuttle staff.

No self parking, valet $55, bed wasn?t very comfortable. Also there is no microwave in standard rooms. It?s in the lobby.

Room carpet was lifting off floor. Smelly linens and pillows. Room was smaller than some less expensive hotels I¿ve stayed at in the past.

Location; walking distance to restaurants & venues. Complementary breakfast.

Water damage/buckling on the bathroom floor, hair dryer plug was broken & unusable, one of the bathroom linens had a stain.

Check-in was fast and efficient.Hotel employee was friendly and got us checked in expeditiously after a long day of traveling. Location in downtown is great and the hotel is clean. Rooms were very big for a hotel room. Would stay again if in the area.

bathroom wasnt cleaned from previous occupants. Bed had a smoke odor and A/C was fixed to 75 In Texas thats hell

Window view, the bed being very comfortable! Loved the nice bathroom!

I didn¿t like that the staff for breakfast took long to get everything ready when they open at 6 it was around 7 or 8 and the staff didn¿t have everything out by then. I did enjoy my breakfast but I wanted to enjoy waffles sadly the waffles were not ready

It was where i needed to stay.

Parking, it was advertized there was parking. Yet it was not advertized for $45 per night plus tax. Why was it not advertized as another expense.

Staff were professional yet friendly as well as helpful. Rooms and lobby were tastefully decorated. Cleanliness of hotel was also noted. Valet personnel were exceptionally helpful and nice.

Lobby chair placement for viewing TV could be better.

Elevators were set to a pair, for a day of an event. It took one 45minutes to reach room. No stairs to reach room faster. Parking rate was expensive.

Easy to check in and out. Friendly and helpful staff.

Changed my room key code and I had to wait in check-in line 10 minutes to get new key. No coffee available at breakfast and I was on a time crunch to get to meeting. Had to call for room cleaning the "night before" which was not noted on the sign.
