Friendly staff great room

Area around the hotel was a little scary

It was so clean, front desk people were so nice

The one woman doing the breakfast really didn?t want to be there. She stayed on her phone talking loudly which made me not want to ask for an omelette.

Location was close to highway and well lighted.

Staff was unfriendly. Room has dead bugs behind table and in corners.

The bed was not comfortable and breakfast was not very good. Eggs were horrible.

I did not like that breakfast could not be taken back to my room. Waking up my family for breakfast after not arriving until after midnight, was a huge inconvenience. Also, you have to pay for late checkout. I have not seen that in over a decade I believe

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast staff was attentive and courteous.

Major liquid spill in elevator remained drying on the floor for the two days we were there. Very disappointed and surprised there was no common area or seating available to guests, where we could sit with my cousin and 82-year-old aunt to snack and chat.

The moldy mildew smell in my room was horrid. I was constantly spraying perfume to mask the smell

Manager showed very bad professionalism, charged us the price for 2 nights when only stayed one 1 The conditions of the was the room was awful. Horrible smell, stained sheets, no sheets for sofabed and BUGS! Charged for $32 for 2 kids under 12 BEWARE

Our vehicle was broken into in the parking lot the last night of our stay

The location is great for visiting family, friends and eating out

Mine and my son's earbuds were stolen out of our room. The staff didn't seem to care much. I was told they asked the workers about it. The workers said they didn't do it and management did not offer to compensate in any way.

Cleanliness and spaciousness of room. Staff was friendly and helpful in business center when needed. Free internet is great. Proximity to nearby Willowbrook Mall was super convenient.

Bath linens - there are no towel bars or hooks to hang wet/damp towels. Breakfast options - We stayed for one week. Our options each morning were scrambled eggs, sausage, and toast. I'm sure this was a Covid thing, but kind of disappointing.

Everything, then when we checked out they tried accusing me of stealing a god damn safe. I told them to search everything I owned they still called the cops on my even after seeing I didn¿t have the huge safe home they accused me of. This place was a joke

Staff rude, loud noise, nothing works. My daughter was injured by broken glass in shower and front desk gave her napkins and tape. DONT STAY HERE

Good location (stores,eateries, etc.) This is a very nice place to stay. Great spacious rooms,Pretty quiet, occassional nouse from guest but nothing unbearable, the staff is nice

The breakfast staff person was very hospitable. Her service was excellent.

The location was not inviting at all. The bathroom has not bath tub and there is no barrier to stop water from flowing out of the shower area except for a thin measly shower curtain.

Friendly staff, clean room

Fitness center was closed with no substitute. Two separate housekeepers walked in our room without knocking and then announced "housekeeping". And this was after our room was already cleaned.
