The beds were comfortable. We had the 2 room Queen suite, and liked that the rooms were separate.

They didn’t provide an additional roll of toilet paper, and called and went down to the front desk and asked for toilet paper, and they claimed that they couldn’t find any. We only were able to get a roll when we saw a housekeeping lady in the hall.

The hotel is very clean, staffs are friendly, convenient location & breakfast is good.

Room was smells bad. Tv was nor working, hot water was not hot , room phone was nor working.

The two bedroom suite is spacious and nice and a good deal. The front desk staff are really terrific.

The pool was really cold and dirty, full of leaves and bugs. The bathrooms were humid, poorly lit and badly ventilated. While the immediate area seems okay, there does seem to be some transience nearby.

colors need to be updated, carpet needs to be replaced. it took over 10 minutes for hot water in order to shower. breakfast area too small. this was a very uncomfortable experience. there was also a dog in the area.

The staff were all amazing. The breakfast was pretty standard. If you are looking to be close to Chinatown this is a perfect location.

The water pressure was not very good on the 4th floor.

There were several baby cockroaches in the bathroom, and there were cockroaches under the floor towel I placed all my bags on the desk shelf

We requested a wheel chair accessible room with a roll in shower and didn't get one. My husband is a leg amputee in a wheelchair. We come to this hotel when we travel for medical care. We were very disappointed about not getting our requested room.

I was told this hotel offered shuttle service to hotel it did not It did offer shuttle service to my grandsons hospital but I did not have it offered to me and the hospital was only 7 miles away. I had to pay a cab when I went to the hospital

Carpet in room was disgusting and very dirty. coin washing machines were inoperable. Ice machine on 2nd flr was down for 11 day stay. Shower curtain was disgusting.

The staff was always kind and willing to help. 'It helped having a working elevator and being handicap accessible. There weren't any loud noises or disrupting sounds. It was a peaceful stay.

The location of the hotel is near to the highway and the noisy. The sound of the cars and the motorcycles all the night, how we can sleep. The window is not isolated to prevent noise come inside the room. My room wasn¿t cleaned every da. Limited breakfas

Overall, this was an average hotel. There wasn't anything really special, but it did the job.

Breakfast was supposed to start at 7am; however, they were just setting it up at 7 (taking her time). If you have a tight early schedule, you may not be able to take advantage since it's served late. The room was a little cramped, but not too bad.

The breakfast staff was very rude... she was not very accommodating and refused to keep enough good out...she started breaking the breakfast bar down immediately at 9 even though there were people already in line.... not enough breakfast options...
