Staff was friendly

There were roaches in our room. We killed 3. I did not mention anything to staff, as sometimes there is not point with hotels like this. It was a last minute trip and I know I won't book this location again.

Location

The staff was rude, the morning traffic in the parking lot was horrible. There was a large crew with all their vehicles parked all over the parking lot making it impossible to get out, they were all hanging out everywhere. The beds were hard.

Option to pay online is a lie , when you show up they charge  you $20 extra for One other person even tho you buy a room  with TWO BEDS Which holds up to 4 ppl !!!! And they also have  hidden deposit !!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.. wont use again. $--- waste!!

The rooms were decent and seemed clean.

I was charged 3 or 4 times and the lady at the desk told me it would go back on my card, but it hasn't.

It was new. Rooms clean. Location close to my home. Staff great. Felt safe as well as my vehicle was safe. Only thing was missed the continental breakfast because of COVID19.

Water pressure was a little weak in the shower.

I stay here at quite often. It’s a good location for me; and we like the smoking room. It’s nice because it doesn’t have an over powering smoke smell when you enter. I’ve also stayed in the non smoking rooms and you can’t smell smoke in them at

The breakfast is subpar and could be better. They recently changed owners and did add a waffle maker, so there is hope for the breakfast to continue to improve.

Location was perfect

Room had large roach 2 minutes into my stay.. then a spider. The ac unity panel fell off when I went to turn on the ac. Toilet had way to low pressure for flushing

Staff was not friendly. Initial contact with front desk was fine but afterwards, the employees, and I'm assuming their family, would sit on the curb outside and stare at guests in the parking lot. And not in a friendly way. General strange feeling there

Nothing. Your website redirected everything for me at the last minute and I was not able to book the hotel that I originally wanted.

When I called to see if they wouldn't mind canceling for me since it was the same day, the lady on the phone sounded soooo rude and did not care about my issue at all and would not let me talk to anybody else. Later I found out she wasn't even the manager

Mr.Patel at the front desk is an amazing person who makes my stay here very pleasant. He is very helpful and very welcoming.

I liked everything about the hotel

40 dollars security deposit What if I didn’t have that? I only wanted to pay for one didn’t have a lot of money

We stayed at this hotel for one night and had such a wonderful stay. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcoming and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Everything from the cleanliness to the service from staff exceeded my expectations.

The rooms need more attendance , not very clean , sheets were dirty had to go buy our own . And the showers are not clean either and the parts were loose falling apart
