Staff is nice and helpful Bed are comfortable Breakfast

Pool hasn’t worked for at least 8 months via staff. rooms are old, smell, dirty, sticky carpet. people hotbox the hotel with weed. Bad neighborhood/street Coffee maker broken . Bad water pressure bad hot water. Light and noise from hallway

The hotel wasn't clean.The food at the breakfast was late. They need to invest money in their hotel.

The proximity to my business destination.

While parking space is ample, space is tight. Parked my car by the front of the entrance. A large Ambulance (later) parked in the space behind my vehicle. Since I was parked with two vehicles on either side, it took a while to meander out of the space.

The staff absolutely horrible. The lady in the front check-in punch a person I knew in the face and another staff member choked her while on the ground. I wasn¿t there but the cameras caught it all on tape and charges are being filed.

The Young man running the front desk was as helpful and profesional as possible. Considering the " state of the facility" The room was dusty fillied with smoke that stopped-up my nose preventing me from sleeping. The worst of all was constant noise.

The room floor was extra dusty (carpet) as if it was someone's unkept garrage.It made me feel as if I was partially outside. I spent approximately thirty-five minutes alcoholing the entire room down before I could feel comfortable in sitting down.

No elevator

Location near Westheimer was good, however, the direct area was very shady with a lot of homeless people around.

Hotel room was dirty, weed blunts on left on the floor, the toilet lid was broke, stains on the chair, and carpet, tub was dirty. Staff was rude.

Staff and willingness to assist with adjusting checkout due to medical reasons

They are not daily cleaning rooms and I wouldn't sit on anything but the bed. Stained and dirty.

The staff was amazing. The cleanliness was great as well and the breakfast was delicious. Would def be coming back and highly recommend.

I liked the location, free parking, and free breakfast

Didn't like the cleanliness of the room. I e stayed here before and was never a problem. Also the elevator didn't work and there was no more a availability on the 1st floor

Room was not at all clean when I checked in. But they provided another that was great.

Staff helped my mother get up the stairs with her bags

The room was moldy and there were many stone/asphalt chips on the floor, disguised in the dark color of the carpet. I asked the cleaning lady to vacuum the floor, but she didn't. The vanity faucet had tooth paste stain when I checked into the room.

The rooms were very large, and we'll appointed. Each room had a Sofabed, and a large sofabed at that. The breakfast was free and very, very, good. The family that operates this hotel is truly outstanding.

The only thing not to like, is the fact that the elevator is non-existent, and the hotel has 2 floors, and exclusively interior corridors, which makes you kind of expect an elevator. No biggie.

2 floors, no elevator, but they did have a ramp for wheelchairs to get to the 2nd floor

Friendly staff, good breakfast and good location.

It was remodeled but the rooms still looked dated. The shower head was very high and out of my reach.

Extremely courteous & helpful staff. They were accommodating of our requests. Hotel seemed to be kept well & clean. They also have all night security guard in the parking area.

Breakfast options were basic, not much variety. Could improve upon that. The pillows in the room need to be replaced with some better options.

Since I walked in I was treated AWESOME, gentlemen greeted me with a smile.All employees actually looked like they like their job. Not one did I see with an unhappy face. Everyone willing to help and make sure customers are happy. Great Job guys!
