Staff and location Room was accommodating and very clean

The person on duty was frieendly and fixed the problems fast

This a new motel w lovely accommodations. Outside is a very large pergola area & a small basketball court, the parking lot is clean & is well lit at night. The checkin office has two large windows for viewing activities. My room was comfortable, roomy

The only drawback was a heavy footed upstairs neighbor & it was brief. I felt safe. The area was quite except for freeway noises now n then.

It is about 8 min outside of downtown Houston, they provide you complimentary bottles of water/chips, room was bigger then I thought, breakfast was better then I expected for a motel, the parking lot lighting was well lite.

A marvelous and quiet little hotel, just a few miles north of downtown. It really is an improbable Haven and the owners are marvelously friendly. Even the art in the rooms has a tasteful aesthetic. Great little place!

I liked everything - but if you are older, make sure to get the first floor, as there are no elevators.

That it has security, the place looked and was clean. It was quiet, no issues at all.

This is hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed in and I travel solo a lot. Not only was a very decent price on thanksgiving day but the staff was very accommodating. The front desk staff were very nice when I checked in. The check in was smooth and quick. My room was on the second floor and I was able to see my car from my room. The room was súper clean.it smelled new and amazing. The room was a king size bed. The room had a sofa warm and inviting decor. What I loved the most was the great microwave and fridge combo. As if that wasn’t enough. The hotel had complimentary shaving kit, toothpaste and toothbrush. And even makeup remover and a shower cap for us ladies. I loved it. It just added to the whole experience that I hadn’t experienced even in high end hotels. To add to this before I forget I was given water and chips in a cute complimentary bag. I thought that was súper sweet especially after a long drive. I highly recommend this place to anyone that really wants to have a great clean and safe place to relax.

Rooms were clean and spacious, and there were workouts cameras around which gave me peace of mind.

Clean, good breakfast, staff

I love the breakfast, upon checking in I didn’t see anywhere that breakfast might be served but there is a secret room. And there are so many options and it was very clean.

The only thing I didn’t like is that it’s not advertised that they have grills outside, if I would’ve known that I would’ve put something on the grill.

I choose to pay at the hotel during the booking, then they tried to charge before my arrival me something on my credit card that did not allow the transaction. After the failed payment attempt, the reservation was cancelled automatically without notify me. I had to pay for the same room 20$ more, not a big deal but definitely annoying.

Everything was great I will book only here when I go back to Houston super nice hotel instead of 2 star I rate it 5 star everything nice n clean n surveillance was great definitely going back

Nice people Lobby housekeeping and hot breakfast are excellent clean bathroom facilities and services are excellent and they security parking area watching videos 24/7
