The person on duty was frieendly and fixed the problems fast
This a new motel w lovely accommodations. Outside is a very large pergola area & a small basketball court, the parking lot is clean & is well lit at night. The checkin office has two large windows for viewing activities. My room was comfortable, roomy

Cons -

Room wasn't swept
The only drawback was a heavy footed upstairs neighbor & it was brief. I felt safe. The area was quite except for freeway noises now n then.

It is about 8 min outside of downtown Houston, they provide you complimentary bottles of water/chips, room was bigger then I thought, breakfast was better then I expected for a motel, the parking lot lighting was well lite.
