The hallway smelled like marijuana. Both the first floor and third floor where our room was at. Something was biting us in the chair, my husband had bites all up down his legs. I had bites on my back from the bed.

Rooms are dirty. I saw one roach in the bathroom. Didn?t like the breakfast.

Close to where my event was.

Filthy rooms, mold on shower ceilings, dust all over vents, water hardness inside coffee pot, dried up food on the walls, breakfast wasn?t great, peeled boiled eggs when anyone can touch them. My list is long

Blood on curtains n window sill refused to wipe it off or give us another room gross! Shower barely worked I slept in car and took showers at planet fitness! Showers were ridiculous!

Everything! It was moldy n not cleaned well. Refused to give us our money back

The staff were really nice and helpful with my bookings throughout my stay. The breakfast was very large alot of options and every thing looked fresh beds are comfy with big fluffy clean towels daily if you like Theres a ton food places close by

The room that we stayed have lots of bedbugs. My whole family (adults and kids) got lots of bedbugs bites. Terrible! Now, I¿m scared that these bugs will stuck to our luggage then might come home with us.

It was cheap.

Bathroom had a strange odor. This a certainly a budget hotel. Business computer in lobby needs replaced.

Breakfast, not a lot of unnecessary traffic, clean, accepting pets

Staff was friendly.

The carpet smelled of mildew. The beds were old and uncomfortable.

Was not told it was under construction. Room not truly ready (tag sticker still on tub), noisy with construction early in the morning, and chemical odor.

Hey, it was cheap and the internet and tv worked.

Location near many business,breakfast, fidge, coffee and parking as advertised. Also easy booking.

Very unpleasant smell in the room probably coming from the filfty,stained and smelly carpet. It does not feel like the room is clean or the sheets are changed with every customer.

The beds were relatively clean and comfy.

The staff were terrible. Check in took too long because receptionist did not seem to know what he was doing. They incorrectly charged me and never bothered to fix it even after I told two different receptionists about it. Fire alarm kept going off

I assumed a brand like La Quinta would at least be a consistent, clean environment. I wasn't expecting luxury but I was very underwhelmed. Room smelled bad, pillows were gross, property needs a total refurbish. Cannabis smell in the hall did not help.

The lobby

There was an incessantly loud ringing in the lobby. Not only was it distracting during check-in, it was audible in our first floor room ALL night long. I would highly recommend a room on a higher floor.

I wouldn''t stay at this hotel if you paid me. Keeping the customer happy is not on their radar.

The staff could put in any kind of effort into keeping their clientele (coming back). The staff must keep their word, and follow through. If new staff comes aboard, they must follow through with what is promised.

I loved it the breakfast was great and the printer was a life saver plus the gym looked really nice

I can't think of a single thing that I didn't like
