The staff was friendly. Hotel was pretty quiet. That's about it.

The hotel has roaches. The bathroom wasn't clean. The kitchen wasn't clean. The floor wasn't mopped but yet the carpet was vacuum. I wouldnt recommend staying here due to the roaches. The bed was hard as heck but atleast they had a mattress protector bag

The hotel room and common areas r) were clean and decorated nicely. However, the Lobby could use some TLC. The entrance smelled of cigarette smoke. Which was a deterrent for me to accept the complimentary to-go breakfast that was served in the same area.

The customer service is awesome. The location is great. It is pet friendly. Service is prompt.

Wish there were more benches for outside sitting.

Helpful staff. I ran into a few issues with a room on my recent stay. Manager and her staff went into action immediately to get me into a new space. It all worked out great, and I appreciated the care!

The staff. Manager and her front desk team are always cordial and professional. I give them A's for hospitality.

Security cards for the doors can stop working unexpectedly.

Really enjoyed staying here staff is very nice and professional always makes sure everyone is safe and enjoying their experience especially if u have kids mines actually enjoy being here.

No gym, grab n go breakfast should have more options

Price The front desk girl at night was very helpful and kind.

The front desk guy was NOT helpful. I needed my battery jumper to start. I had the cables. He said there was no one to watch the front desk. I ask the maintenance man. He said in a minute and continued to run the air blower outside. He never helped.

I loved the location of the establishment, especially being so close to places I am familiar with because I used to live in the area years ago. The convenience of food, shopping, and being able to receive deliveries, (ie. DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.).

The front entrance needs adjusting for luggage access, the trash collection needs a better process because there are roaches and other insects, and the overwhelming aroma of cigarettes is unbearable for people with breathing issues.

The location was awesome.

I made it back to my room two nights after 2 am .My key didn¿t work and I still had two more nights. When I went to the front desk it was close and no one answered the phone . I had to go get another room at a different hotel at 3 am with my 7 yr old .

Cleanliness was not what it should be, the floors were disgusting and there were roaches in the room.

Very nice and quiet place. Staff was very professional.

Everything was great except for the bed. For some reason the bed was very uncomfortable our backs were hurting.

The price, the roaches, the smell. It¿s not worth it honestly

Yeah the drink machine is out of order Ned¿s to be taken car of drink machine down but snack machine working

The kitchenettes in the rooms are great for preparing meals instead of always going out for fast food

The air quality could be improved. There was a stale smell throughout and the air fresheners that were placed around the hotel did little to help

Somehow we got the model room and it was just how all rooms should be kept. Clean linens, towels and everything worked properly. The paint was fresh and carpet clean.

The parking seems to be far from the building lobby if you have lots of luggage.

I hate everything it was creepy and air was stagnant and stns on towels and linen's counter was peeling off fridge not working and no business center for guest
