Location is perfect. I stay here every time Im in Houston. This time I brought my dog and everything was great.

The kitchen area nice to have the microwave and fridge to warm up leftovers

I didn¿t experience this hotel I had to move to Katy fwy hotel due to key card machine being out. The hotel I was transferred to with no problems thank you for that was further away from everything I wanted to experience. The elevator didn¿t work.

Great! Clean, bug free, and friendly staff. Great Location; plenty of things to do and walking distance to the Galleria Mall plus bus line is right in front of Hotel.

I left the room as soon as I arrived as it was smelly and filthy and didn¿t spend there the two nights I was planning to. I¿ve asked the hotel for a refund.

Hotel and room smelled like urine. Marijuana smell in hallways.

They stressed the no smoking rule for the hotel,but the entire 2nd floor smelt like cigarettes and Marijuana

The front office staff was very sweet.

Everything else. I would not recommend this place. The walls look like they have water damage and the whole place smells musty. The rooms are dated & pillows are flat and awful. They also don't have blankets. Awful hotel.

Cheap room fee although the rooms were big and well equipped. Large fridge and stove top included.

The hotel was advertised as Breakfast included. There was absolutely NO Breakfast. Zero.

The cleanliness is great and the staff is very welcoming and helpful. They never have a problem accommodating the hotel guests with whatever they need.

The manager was rude to me and tried to overcharge me $100 for enhanced internet I¿d already paid for, tried to you tell me I hadn¿t paid a pet fee for my dogs which I had and even used bolt cutters to break the lock on my bike and throw it in dumpster

We did not get the room we booked with two queen beds, only one king. We had an 11 year old with us and needed two beds.

have some DnR from Hollister location... need to get that resolved... I have stayed there since without issue.... some kind of way to fix this...l

Only Location

8 days non cleaning room, i booked for 10 nights but i left at 8 night. Staff doesn¿t care about it, they had grab and go breakfast, just a biscuit, but it was winished when i came. I used only once. Same Sheets, towels everyday. Shampoon and so on

You absolutely cannot beat the price or location. I knew I would just be sleeping there and not there much so wanted to save money. I was definitely able to do that. It is about 4 blocks from the Galleria and close to everything. Very friendly staff

The hotel is old and pretty worn. In the room, the bathroom vanity was stained with something that would not clean off. The water faucets had to have been 30+ years old. The water was brown when you first turned it on.

no daily cleaning and breakfast not any good at all.

The best things I liked about my stay are the smiles I received from the staff and that I was able to get some solitude time.

The areas I wasn't satisfied with were the bathroom and the room itself, specifically the floor. In the tub, I found some hair and small specks of what seemed to be dirt. I washed it away before showering. The floor wasn't properly swept before arrival.
