Staff very helpful.

Charging for breakfast and parking. Also parking garage had steep and narrow incline.

I didn’t like that it was a vaccination and I was getting woken up multiple morning with the sound of construction in the rooms next time mine I couldn’t get the proper sleep and it impacted my stay very poorly

The staff was very nice and the room was nice and clean.

Yes, I had no idea that the hotel was under construction. We planned to eat at the restaurant but it was non existent. The water was turned off without a forewarning. I feel like we should have been sent a notice or the website should have let us know

The people and staff were very nice and accommodating. They have a shuttle that will take you within a 2 mile radius but they close at 9 PM.

Breakfast was very basic, unworthy for a Holiday Inn hotel Most warm food, was almost cold! Variety of foods, breads yogurts, very limited I would not pay for a breakfast like this!

This hotel understands that the area is a ghost town and food dessert over the weekend, when a lot of conferences are held, and has a free shuttle to take folks around the area.

The shuttle bus was the absolute best!!

The beds were comfortable but very small. My husband and I were very cramped.

The shuttle service was great. Pauline, the driver, was very personable and had great ideas for where to eat.

The breakfast ran out of some foods well before closing and did not replace them. This was not due to lack of food; the hot water dispenser even ran out.

Called hotel in morning and asked about check in time. Rude curt lady informed us that due to full house night before and tonight management had DECLARED no early check ins. We killed tine and arrived half hour before check in. Never again.

The hotel location was good and easy to locate. It has a clean environment. The staffs render excellent services. What i like most was that the hotel has shuttles that can take you to a nearby place and also bring you back. Breakfast was good.

Location was perfect! Yessica did an AMAZING job cleaning my space, she went above and beyond! THANK YOU. Breakfast team needs to consider non dairy milk. I couldn¿t have my coffee or cereal because they¿re was no milk alternatives

The front desk does not allow certain cards, I got NO notification in advance. At 11pm at night I had a panic attack in the lobby because I didn¿t know how or if I¿ll be able to check in because the ONLY card I traveled with they didn¿t accept.

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable and the complimentary hot breakfast and waters in the room were a nice touch. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are ever in the area.

My reservation stated there was a $15 parking garage fee and I was charged $20 instead because they had increased their rates.

Good easy location!

The room keys kept going out so when we got to the room we were not able to get into our hotel room. Also you need a key to enter and leave the parking garage so this was an annoyance too not being able to leave or get in. This happened multiple times.

Very clean, friendly staff

I had to park my car, go inside to register, go back out to the parking garage and move it into gated parking, take elevators, go through the garage entrance just to get back in. It was a little intimidating as I arrived late at night.

hotel parking was raised $5 yet still have website and other promotions showing $10. Had to wait in long line to check in Horrible water pressure Not very clean

The room was clean and the staff were friendly.

The parking garage situation was less than desirable. The lift gate didn¿t work unless a worker came to open it, yet there was no worker stationed in the parking garage, so we would have to call whenever we needed access to the parking garage.

We got there late in the evening and there were so many people waiting in line to check in. There was only one person at the counter. It was a long time until we got to the front. The front desk person was nice but mumbled and was hard to hear.
