Great bed and TV. Breakfastt was decent. Price was perfect.

Only issue was the elevator broke down and I was on the top floor (4th floor). Didn't get fixed the day I was there.

The location is wonderful, it is very clean. The fact Houston has a roach problem, I didn’t see not 1. Restaurants in walking distance so I saved on gas and took a stroll instead. The breakfast is different everyday with many options. I will comeback.

I stayed 2 days and had to ask to have my room cleaned the second day. Even then all they did was replace the towels. No bed makeup or cleaning of any kind.

Hotel staff at front desk was rude! Online didn?t state there was a $75 deposit. She said ?well it doesn?t have to say it online because you can see our policy when you check in? there was a sign on the front desk about the deposit.

The location as you are around a lot of places to eat shop and explore

My room had roaches, The staff was not friendly, the breakast area had flies and knats inside of the "closed" containers where pastries were, my room had abnormal size roaches with wings. NOT a good experience at all

Bugs fly all over the breakfast food the workers didn't care at all.

Staff was friendly and prompt. Room was clean. WiFi was fine.

We did not like the eggs in the breakfast, but otherwise the food was fine.

Yes they have a 75.00 fee that they put a hold on your credit card and I didn't have it and they only refunded me back one day and I called there corporate office to get refunded back all my money

The front entrance was a nice as one would expect.

The room reeked of a very offensive and loud smell of marajuana as soon as we opened the door. Front desk only offered air freshner. The condition of the room was more run down than I would expect for comfort suites. The bathroom was dilapidated.

It was clean, the desk clerks we very helpful and pleasant.

The elevator/hallways smelled like smoke. I asked to have my room cleaned and they neglected to clean the bed sheets. The helpers in charge of the breakfast didn't stock the food, and we (and other guests) had to ask about items that were missing.

The fact that I didn't die is the only thing that I enjoyed about this hotel.

The manager was the rudest customer service representative I've ever spoke with. The front desk was terrible. I hated everything about it was worse Man City hotel ever in my whole life.

Very clean, comfortable bed, nice size. Good hot breakfast.

There was a storm on the Friday night. Lightning knocked out the elevator. Was still not working when we left on Sunday.
