Four Points by Sheraton Houston Intercontinental Airport

The first room we were assigned had mold and smelled like mildew. I am allergic to mold and have asthma. The electronic door lock was inoperable when we attempted to use our key. Once we were let into the room, we saw that the lock wire was exposed.

design and concept was cool

There was food spots and feet prints on the tile floor. I received a wake up call at 7 AM that I didn’t ask for and during the night. A key was given to some man trying to get into my room thankfully I had the deadbolt security lock

The staff was amazing. The hotel was clean and smelled nice.

Our room didn¿t have much lighting so it was quite dark at night. We only had a small table lamp but other than that I approve. I will definitely book again and will request for a standing lamp.

The hotel was clean and very nice, staff helpful.

The emergency alarm went off 6 times, all false alarm¿s. Making it hard to do simple things like shower without fear.

The hotel was very close to the airport, it was very quiet and they provided a shuttle.

the hot water in the shower was difficult to control and stayed luke warm most of the time

Restaurant was closed! Bar was closed! Did not even respond to light not working. Toilet was horrible. Took 10 minutes to get warm water in shower. Parking sucks very limited only one entrance open. Elevator buttons must be pounded to work.

On private road leading into hotel entrance 2 foot deep potholes and concrete chunks in the street. This place needs help¿..

They had hair everywhere that wasn’t mine

Far enough from airport that planes do not bother you but close enough for getting to flight.

No nearby food options and restaurant/bar closes early.

Cant walk to anything The staff in the bar ,kitchen and dining area are very unprofessional and are the worst part of this hotel Poor service and did nothing but complain about people and each other I don''t like to pay to hear drama

Unable to use the gym due to the door not being fixed for over a week

Could hear the wind down the hallway all night. There was also apparent confusion with my reservation (had under incorrect name).

The water was luke warm instead of hot.

Restaurant needs to have more variety of good dishes.
