Hotel employee at the front desk did everything she could to get us through the night

Very dated and dirty. Towels and bathroom had prior guest or housekeeper hair

Close distance to the airport, .Quick shuttle pickup at airport and to the airport the following morning. Breakfast was ready and friendly customer service lady made waffles for me!

Ceiling in bathroom was cracked in Room 424. Not really a problem.

Cleanliness and breakfast was great.

Waited 1.5 hours for a shuttle with my 2 year old grandson in my arms sweating in the texas heat. Decided to grab a taxi and as we were leaving the shuttle showed up. Also, staff said I could use the shuttle the next day at 3pm because it was booked?

Staff were really nice and welcoming. The room was comfortable and spacious, the shower was great!

Will not stay here again. It wasn’t horrible but sheets felt like sandpaper and hotel was old and carpet felt wet on my feet the whole time.

Location is good so would recommend, however I would warn the person about a few things.

Water in room would not get hot. Needed to move rooms, ac did not get cold in new room, dealt with it as the guy up from was annoyed by us wanting hot water in our room, and insinuated since we were only there one day.

After delayed/cancelled flights, front desk staff checked me into an already occupied room. Complete embarrasment, as I walked in on other guests/privacy. Fire alarm continously going off throughout the 1 night stay. HVAC unit loud.

Clean. Room was large and breakfast was Great!

The shower head was Terrible (BAD). The shower headed needed to be replaced or repaired. The water barely came out (low pressure) because the shower head was broken!

The room was great, comfortable, good size, would have liked to enjoy for a bit longer than a few hours. Nice to have a coffee on departure too!Miss P (?) was terrific, she helped me when it became clear there was no shuttle back to the airport for a very early flight. It wasn't easy to get a taxi for 2am with 3 hours notice. She was kind, calm came and made sure the taxi arrived at 2.30am....really impressed and huge thanks to her.

I should have known when i booked and enquired about the shuttle bus as each message i recieved had different information on it eg check timetable(there is no timetable), shuttles run 5am-11pm, shuttles run 5am-10pm, call on arrival.....Having been travelling alone, long haul, delayed and held up dealing with lost baggage, it was not at all helpful to speak (5 times) to a man who refused to help me find where and when a shuttle would be and hung up when i asked for help. I managed to find the hotel shuttle area and I waited an hour for someone to arrive(making several calls to Hampton Inn each time getting nowhere). When a driver does arrive I get accused of not being there 30mins previously, wasting the drivers time and lying. Wow, I've been here an hour and my interactions have been limited to one rude, unhelpful receptionist and one rude driver.....welcome to Houston! (Hampton Inn and Suites)I was told that the man on the phone was 'stressed' due to many unexpected arrivals that evening. There was no shuttle back for the first of the days flights so it cost me $70 to get back to the airport after a 2 hour rest in the room.

Decent hotel for the price paid. Reception staff, both at night and in the morning, were very friendly and helpful. Free airport shuttle service - very useful!

Room thermostat is old and quite tricky to control room temperature.

Nothing, could probably do with brighter lighting, but that’s an issue with most hotels

Property was close to airport and they offered shuttles as well . Very good value with included breakfast

Clean and very nice staff

Took 4 calls and 55 minutes to have the shuttle from the airport . The airplane noise overhead ( really loud ) - bring your earplugs
