Quality Inn & Suites West Chase

Nothing. The receptionist told me they only accepted cash and turned me away. I didn't stay there but my credit card was billed. I'm not happy at all about this.

Fraudulent behavior.

The lady working the front desk whom leaves at 11pm was exceptional with her customer service. Moved me to a second room.

Roaches 🪳 in both rooms, my second room a/c was not cooling, no hot water in shower. Called front desk at 11:01 several times but got “VOICEMAIL IS FULL”.

The price for the room and wasn?t told about a deposit when you got to hotel. The breakfast suck real bad for 70.00. And deposit of $50.00

Location

The Indian front desk guy was impolite, collected a 50$ deposit, but did not refund after check out. I had to call to get a refund. Hotel key expired and had to be reset every night. Homeless neighbors eat all breakfast foods.

The think I liked best was the message on the key card

Everything. They gave me a filthy dirty room witch I have viedeo of. None of the aminienities worked, they stole friom me, and harrassed me the entire stay

How the ownership wants to nickle and dime. Cash only deposit because their CC machine is broken... unless you have no cash but pre-paid reservation and a credit card. Then their machine works.

Location is near and convenient for my areas of visiting

Too many bad stuffs to say. 1st. Roaches are everywhere in the hotel. Roaches found in the refrigerator (3), on the wall and around the room (found 4 + some more running but we could not catches). Broken furniture, dirty capet. Dirty outside...

It had roaches everywhere and mold. I stayed for one day and ive been sick ever since. A serious health hazard.

Absolutely nothing

Hotel staff doesn¿t answer the phone. Hotel staff had horrible ugly attitude. Hotel elevator broke and I was on the 3rd floor. Hallways were dirty smelled like piss. Room had bugs, previous hair strands on bed. Ac didn¿t work. Amongst a lot of stu

Good Nearby stores, cheaper price, no cockroaches at all, basic amenities and basic breakfasts are better than nothing. Desk and chair. Comfortable bed.

It smells bad and is run down and depressing. The hotel next store is abandoned and is filled with homeless, a sad view, but will likely be torn down soon.

Desk staff  very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable but bathroom door needed replacing. Breakfast was worthless

Final room was clean, much better.

Got run around with rooms, key cards. Elevator not working. I was told it's been out for weeks. No breakfast. Will not stay there again. Poorly managed.

There is nothing I liked about this hotel.

The front attendant seem forced to be there and it immediately set bad vibes for the entire check in. The hotel was very poorly unkept. There were stains on the carpets, the elevator did not work, the hallways and rooms themselves smelled like cigarettes.

The Hotel was close to where we had a business appointment and the hotel had a pretty good floor plan.

The only elevator didnt work, the cockroaches were everywhere and the room was in a shocking state of disrepair which included the plaster in the bathroom coming off and the curtain rod ends were broken..The staff werent friendly at all. No breakfast 

Fix the elevator. We were on 4th floor for 2 nights.

It's Been Peaceful The Staff Are Very Helpful & Attentive The Young Lady That Works Morning Shift Is So Lovely & The Older Man That Works Overnight Deserves Awesome Sauce He Works & Try's So Hard I Really Appreciate Everyone Here

They Stopped Serving Breakfast Completely Due to Outsiders Coming In & Taking All the Breakfast

Bed was comfortable

Roaches, door to room didn't look secure, showerhead was horrible.

Room was full of roaches I mean infestation!!! The first room they gave me the tv didn¿t work so I stayed there a whole night no tv!! Second night they changed my room but it was still full of bugs to the point I woke up to a roach crawling in the bed
