Very clean, and beautiful room and bathroom. Staff is awesome.

Everything was perfect

The restaurant and bar was outstanding. Bartender was very polite and made excellent drinks. The food was amazing as well.

Not a 4 star hotel

Parking is $52 a night & there is a lot of homeless, #1 no smoking room or area

The location is excellent and the staff are always courteous and welcoming

Only issue was the hotel phone not working

The staff was very nice.

Everything! There was a very bad smell in the small elevators. The rooms were old and out dated and reminded me of a motel 6. The furniture was so old and the TV was at least 10 years old and non-working. Our view was of a graffiti riddled parking garage.

I carefully selected this hotel for the Spa in the room. The spa did not work. That messed up plans we had.

The hotel is elegant, beautiful and has history. The rooms are very spacious and cozy. I definitely love it. I highly recommend it.

LOCATION LOCATION!! Saw a concert and it was a 10min walk no need for uber! Hotel was very nice. Room was spacious!

Valet and front desk was very nice! And I¿ll say that¿s the end of what I liked about the hotel. I decor and essence of hotel is nice but it definitely needs a refresh.

The exceptional clean rating is misleading. The entire hotel is in need of a deep cleaning from the elevator forward everything was dirty. The halls and room had an unclean smell. The bathroom floors and faucet were dirty, shower curtain molded/mildew¿

Great location, the bar was nice. The details, of this historic building are incredible, and it has a gym. Great views, friendly staff, I definitely would come back.

Get the hot water a little hotter.

My daughter was bitten twice by bugs. I showed a pic to the front desk and was told the management would reach out to me, which they never did. When I checked out, they said there wasn't any. Accusing me of lying. I had pictures!! Disgusting

The decor was interesting and unique. The room had a unique sunken spa tub and had shutters that opened to the room for a romantic experience

Seemed a little old and no room service (Covid so not their fault but definitely an FYI). Website speaks of a available car/driver that is also no longer available.

Staff, staff and staff!! It was so impressive how much they were so personal and welcoming. Hotel employee was amazing!!! Five star! My room = A DREAM!!! I loved the atmosphere and everything. Valet parking was five star!!! Charming guys indeed!

I loved the view of the city and the window that separated the jacuzzi tub from the bed. The blankets and pillows were down and so cozy. It was comfortable and clean.

Okay, so it’s 2020. Who still uses Dish satellite? It was raining and we had no television on and off for the better part of the stay. Also, I understand closing amenities for covid.. but maybe provide microwaves in the rooms now. Just a thought.

Beautiful, upscale hotel in a perfect downtown location for us.

The jacuzzi tub faucet sprayed water when it was first turned on (it was switched to the extension rather than the faucet). The jet covers popped off every time it was used. There was some mildew & hair in the shower & we were only supplied one washcloth.
