SpringHill Suites by Marriott Houston I-45 North

The Front Desk Guy I didn’t remember his name but he was a 10 plus with being welcoming and nice

No waffles !! that were supposed to be there but the other items were ok

Breakfast was good.

The rooms are noisy. The highway noise and the airport.

The elevator was out of order the whole time I was staying there and it never got repaired. We had to use the stairs even to carry our luggage. We were on the 4th floor.

I would not recommend this hotel due to security issues. My car was stolen from the hotel parking lot, and the hotel not only refuses to take responsibility but also does not cooperate in this unfortunate situation.

Staff was professional and friendly

The carpet on third floor elevator hallway bank was not clean and had a odor.

The staff was wonderful and the location was perfect. We were able to visit a lot of tourist areas within a 20 minute drive.

Our room had a musty smell but the other parts of the hotel were great

Always like staying at Marriot hotels. Nice room. Friendly staff. Love the market.

It wasn't that we didn't like it but wasn't as close to the airport as the map makes it appear.

Good location very quiet except for freeway noise.

Springhill Suites by Marriott Houston North has nice staff and is a newer hotel with modern rooms and lobby.

The bathroom mirror was broken in one area and a prior guest had permanently scratched some words on it. I also did not like the fact that some guests who were very loud, shouting at each other during breakfast. Breakfast was decent but could be better.

Was very clean only thing I need extra blankets they didn¿t have any but over all very clean and nice

When there¿s 3 people to a room with sofa bed y¿all need to put extra blankets in the room already

I loved the layout of the suite, very roomy. Very clean and bright. Desk with great lighting and connections and wi-fi. The free breakfast was very good.

There was Highway noise although curtains muffled fairly good. Even numbered rooms across hall would have been better. I believe the highway noise would have been vety very minimal if any.

Cleanliness and the staff were outstanding

The rooms themselves were great nice shower comfy beds and great looking and great layout.

Key cards didn't work, had to get new ones daily dog barking at 6am no towels trash everywhere Bar closed and side gates didn't work so entry from front or back only oh and did I mention the trash.

So LOUD!!! Between the non-stop noise from the freeway that was deafening outside to the airplanes flying directly over while at the pool. I was exhausted and left more tired than when I arrived.

Booked a King but gave me two queens and gave the excuse part of the hotel was closed. Horrible! Probably will not book another room there.

The guy that checked me in was super personable.

We had an accident and were unable to get clean bedding. There was no room service so little things pile up. We stayed a week so towels didn’t last and there were no replacements when I went down to desk. I ended up leaving early even though I paid.

Room was a good setup. Staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. Hotel is near restaurants.

No daily housekeeping and no hot breakfast. Was told it was due to covid19. The Springhill Suites in Katy had both.
