Location & staff were great

Too much cockroaches in the three rooms l booked

Absolutely nothing. I paid $--- to stay in the roach infested place. Left after only 12hrs because roaches were everywhere. Told the manager and asked for a refund. She gave me the run around. Even called cooperate, they said she had to issue the refund.

Manager stopped answering my calls, didn¿t even pick up when cooperate called. I never got a refund. Horrible, nasty and filthy place!

The price was cheap.

Housekeeping did not come once during my 4 day stay. Only one toilet paper roll. Hallways smell. Can hear the people in the next room.

There was nothing I liked about the hotel

I went to stay another day. And when I asked f new clean bed sheets they couldn't give me any because I had pets. So I had to wait two hours for them to get washed. Plus I got extra charges on my bill I have to dispute. And the staff was clueless and stup

the 1st room that was issue to me was dirty, they had no changed the bed sheets and there was human hairs form the previous guess, male and female apparently. I complained and a 2nd room was issue and they had not cleaned the bathroom properly. I checked

Yes, step out of the room then came back to find someone else was in my room. Got move to another room, came back n my key was not working such a bad experience.

The staff were as courteous as they could be, but i felt incarcerated, there was no iron no ironing board, no extra toilet paper (you could only get one at a time), they were no utensils or cookware, and rooms get cleaned on a bi-weekly basis or else you

Nothing at all.

Got there at 430 took 30 minutes to get room. No soap in room then I called down and was told they were out of soap. Roaches were running wild. Front desk had bankers hours. People honking horns all hours of the night which made it impossible to sleep.

The room was clean, and the staff was nice. Nothing to complain about with the cheap price. The close location to China town was a plus for us.

The refrigerator and air conditioning was a little loud but not a big problem.

Location is good

There is a horrible smell in the hotel and special in the room.

How we have a strong odor of the elevator

No pool in Texas heat

The bed was squeaky and not comfy

Towels wasn't much look clean

i was early on the check in and they did everything they could to get me in..

It was dirty nasty the outside door knobs broken, they sale all types of drugs out if it. Mold and mildew.

There was literally zoombie looking people hanging around in the parking lot! Trash every where people living uncomfortable with the blinds open all night to protect their vehicle from theft or damages! And to top it all up when I arrived she (front desk staff) approved my reservation told me it was no more rooms but honestly it was a relief sometimes the cheap come out more expensive anyways!

I didn’t like anything about the property

it was dirty, Dog shit every where, handles broken on outside of doors, staff rude, staff not doing their job, hallways and elevator dirty, they let guess prop open doors, and so on

I will never stay there again

it was dirty, outside doors to get in was broken, dog shit all over floor inside and outside of building, Guess was propping up the doors from outside to get in building, Staff was rude and wasn’t doing their jobs. loud noise all night couldn’t sleep. kids running up and down hallways all night. Selling all types of drugs out this hotel. it’s really unsafe. My friend came to visit me and they broke into his car. they have no good working cameras to see who did it. Never again will i stay there. i had ordered instacart, and packages and it went to a different hotel. very inconvenient i had to walk to hotel every time to get my stuff. Mold and mildew was coming out my toilet.
