The cleanliness of it.

The only complaint was a noise issue coming from the room above me where it sound like furniture was being moved and dropped.

Elevators where broke, air was broke, floor was wet in our room

Service

The shower was cold and did not work, towels and linens felt like sand paper.

I liked how nice the front desk staff was and I liked that it was a shower in the room. Hotel was nice overall. I also enjoyed the free parking.

I did not like the location of the hotel it was a busy bus stop nearby. I also did not like that the smoking area was in front of the hotel so when you walk up to the hotel you smell cigarettes and can smell it when you enter the hotel.

The handicap accessible shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor and trickled down to the entryway. Poor shower water pressure.

The hotel and room were clean and well kept. It felt very fancy! The hotel offered an airport shuttle service, which actually ran as advertised. The front desk staff was nice, professional, and accommodating.

Clean and spacious rooms!

Towards the end of my stay. The night before check out I was outside a little late and I heard multiple gunshots super close by

It was very clean, comfortable and spacious.

the room smelled like urine. the shuttle service was awful. when the 5:30 was complete full, they wanted us to wait another half hour for the next one. luckily there was another shuttle for the airline crew at 5:44 making us feel like nothing.

The staff Meagan and there was another staff with Meagan on Saturday night! 4/21/2024! She was an African- American lady! I don¿t remember her name! They were excellent to us! Great hospitality!

Nice appearance

Severely lacking in maintenance. upon arrival, none our hotel door locks worked to open doors because batteries were run down. So after a long day of travel had to wait half hour to get in room. No hot water in shower at night. Thin blankets.

The front desk, check in agent was absolutely a pleasure to work with. greeted with a smile went above and beyond I went out of her way to make sure all of my needs were met. The true definition of customer service. the rooms were clean and comfortable

The water pressure was horrible. In fact, whenever the shower was running, it sounded like the pipes were going to burst. It was an intermittent rubbing sound. Not sure if it was mixing valve or what . but was super disruptive every time I showered .

We stayed three nights. Two of those nights we had to take ice cold showers because there was NO hot water. Fridge wasn¿t plugged in or cool when we checked in, had to pull the fridge out and plug it in. It clearly hadn¿t been cleaned for several months.

Very clean hotel, very nice location! Nice staff! Comfortable bed!

Only one elevator was working the first night, the second night there was only 2 elevators working so def had to be prepared to wait quite some time. Everything else was great!

The hall was very dirty and weird smelling the steps was dirty I won¿t comeback to that location

Nice looking hotel

The water from the shower flooded the bathroom floor and the hallway. Then I tried to call for maintenance and the phone didn¿t work so I had to go to the front desk from the 12th floor. I ended up having to switch rooms in the middle of the night.

The Hotel had a very nice ambience to it. The customer service for the staff was second to none. However, the hotel appeared to be understaffed during the Memorial Holiday weekend, see below.

Hotel hosted two weddings on consecutive nights while we were there and logistically were not prepared. The first night all of the wedding guest took all of the parking. The following mornings the Hotel restrooms in the Atrium/elevators were very dirty.

The hotel was at a high capacity and still renovating some guest rooms, and the kind front desk clerk was still able to find a room available for me to check into early at 1pm.

As a third floor guest... there was not an ice machine available on my floor or the next.
