Updated and close to the airport.

the front was very difficult to work with, very unpleasant and not customer oriented. She was also on her personal phone anytime we walked by the desk

Breakfast not much to choose from.

I was told a shuttle would pick me up at the airport, but after waiting too long, I called back and was told the last shuttle had already returned to the hotel. Maybe just a miscommunication.

The woman who checked me in at midnight was very rude. Not how I would have expected an interaction with a customer would be, at all. Also disappointed to find no coffee maker in the room.

Close to hotel although we didn?t use it they have a free shuttle to airport! Room was clean and newer, beds were comfortable.

Free breakfast could have a few more options; it included coffee, tea, oj, bagel muffin yogurt

The gentleman in the morning ( new employee ) was amazing!! He talked to us as we waited for our shuttle. Great personality and kind heart!

I saw a cockroach in front of the elevator. And it would be so nice to have a water machine in the lobby.

Worst customer service ever and our truck was burglarized while there. Back window broken out and everything was taken inside. The girl behind the counter was clueless and couldn¿t even tell us the number to the police department!!!!! DISASTER!!!!!!!

The hotel was great! The airport shuttle driver was timely and helpful. The front desk attendant checked us in quickly and was very nice.

The only drawback was that the few eateries within walking distance closed early and the selection was limited

The bed was very comfortable and everything seemed reasonably clean. The breakfast was better than I expected with the options available.

The shuttle service was awful. I called and asked for someone to pick me up at the airport& no one came for nearly an hour. When the driver arrived he was surprised & said that no one had told him to come. Staff wasn't very friendly. Bathroom poorly lit.

It was super clean, I would definitely stay there again when back in town. Recommended 100%!
