The rooms were large and the hotel was quiet and clean, breakfast was nice!

The television didn't work in one of the two rooms we rented had no ac 😑 and the pool didn't work! It was miserable and my grandkids were disappointed! My sister and her kids who drove over 700 miles to be with me for my birthday and it was ruined

I was additionally charged a $60.00 fee I was not aware of - it hasnt been refunded yet, but it would be nice to tell customers about such fees in advance. additionally, i was charged extra for a non existant breakfast, the hotel offered a quick snack.

The hotel clerk was friendly and very proficient.

The shuttle driver actually said that picking us up from the airport was not something he HAD to do as it was complimentary service. 45 minute wait, 3 calls when it was a 10 minute drive with no other pickups.

very dirty no phone on my room to call front desk my Tv did not work my sheet was dirty with spots. I had to walk to the front desk to request change my room.

Rooms are dirty. Found a cockroach in the room. Had a neighbor smoking and could smell it from my room. Bed had my body feel itching. Walls are like thin paper and had neighbor let his kids be loud until 1am in the morning.

The hotel staff was very nice

The hotel is super run down and. It smells of cigarettes and weed in the hallways and rooms. The beds are super itchy like they just dress the beds and don't actually change the sheets. The breakfast is just cereal and toast. Definitely will not pleasant

They don't answer the phone. It just hangs up after 3 rings so you can't get information about the shuttle. The pool was disgusting and unusable. The room smelled very strongly of mold and was dirty. Worst part is they still haven't returned my $60!!

The location was good, the front desk workers were amicable

TV did not work I told them multiple times they did nothing about it. There was no phone/microwave in the room, only 3 light fixtures worked, not enough towels. The ?breakfast? was a joke. Pool was dirty. Floors dirty. 60$ deposit needed after payment?

No internet, no telephone, no room cleaning, no clean towels, no receipts for money exchange, ie, $60.00 deposit, which was not mentioned during process when making reservation, and which will be held for 3-5 days after checkout, long wait to check in.

I am disappointed because they had no light when I arrived , so I was not able to get it, and when I went a day after they said that I could not get it because my card did not had enough funds. I ussed the affirm to pay for it.

Price, cleaness, Location & shuttle to the terminals.
