I liked the ambiance of the hotel, the restaurant on site was nice and the fact they had Starbucks coffee in the room was Awesome!

Just 1 complaint, I didn?t like the smell of my hotel room.

We experienced a prolonged power outage overnight and into the morning, resulting in no electricity. Breakfast couldn't be provided. Despite these inconveniences, we didn't receive an apology of the situation

Staff were gracious & professional. The location was great because IAH was right down the road.

Tidying up the main entrance landscaping would polish the appearance greatly!!!

The front desk staff was the best part of my stay. So prompt, helpful and caring. They help give this hotel a good rating.

The hotel rooms are starting to show their age, still nice but not what it once was.

Staff is pleasant and professional, room was very clean, refrigerator works in room, plenty of clean towels, the internet works ALL OF THE TIME!!!!

the only thing I like about this hotel is no. 1 location no.2 the guy that is on the reception that helps us when we check in I forgot his name. service is bad for us no plastic on the trash cans so disgusting pricey the service is not good

yes, a lot I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights the first room is supposed to be bigger than the other one because for 3 people but when we got to the room they were both the same size. disgusting, Sheraton not no more I want to say more limited words sucks

The air conditioner works great in the rooms. The front desk is very nice.

The curtains were falling out of one section. The mattress was misplaced on the frame and I had to lift the box spring and place it correctly. The pool had green mold around the edges and the outside awning is falling apart.

When I arrive they gave me room. 536 when we arrived in our room it was NOT CLEAN THE BED WAS SLEPT IN ABF THE BATHROOM WHERE NOT CLEAN! My family and I was so upset we started to get our money back

The area

The walls had paint smeared into it . Also soap was left in the bathroom before arrival that someone else used prior to us checking in. I¿m not even sure if it was cleaned thoroughly based off of that. Also , I was lied to when booking over the phone.

The check in staff were very kind and friendly. The pool was also pretty good... only missing the hot tub.

Requested towels and didn¿t receive them one night of our stay.

The room was nice and the hotel was in a good location. But the hotel didn¿t have a working generator and we didn¿t even have water the entire night, and morning, and the hotel refused to offer even a partial refund. I have many issues with this stay.

The front desk manager and an older white lady with glasses on the night and morning of February 14-15 were easily the most impolite staff I¿ve ever dealt with. One of them actually waved me off and said she wasn¿t gonna talk to me.

Still has airport shuttle and location.

I expected more cleanliness. I had a towel that had stains all over it.

The young man at the front desk was incredible, and I am so sorry I didn’t get his name. There was an issue with transportation to the hotel, and he was on it immediately trying to solve the problem, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy

Price

The floor in the room was not very clean. The restaurant was terrible. Dirty, soda was served warm in a can. Soda & mustard were expired. Mayo was left out, and was also warm. Chairs and tables were everywhere and unorganized. The food raised good though
