Wyndham Houston at Reliant Park & Medical Center

Location to Reliant Stadium. Angela at front desk was very accomodating.

Yes alot - the smell of mold and mildew was overpowering through out. The place was out dated and in disrepair. The food at the Cattlemans was disappointing as well.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Avoid at all cost. Vehicle was vandalized alongside many others, had to change rooms but didn’t help. Room was way below basic expectations. HVAC unit also didn’t function. Avoid! Avoid!

Very close to downtown and just a very short walk to the NRG Stadium and center. The room had very nice decore, was very clean. the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Had an a very restful sleep

The housekeeper didn’t clean two long pieces of black hair. I couldn’t shower, but the room was comfortable.

Staff were great.

Everything else. The rooms were absolutely disgusting. Charging $30/$40 per car on event days brings in a lot of dough, dough that is clearly lining the owner’s pockets and not invested back into this disgusting hotel in a state of disrepair.

Parking for guest while the concert was going on they were letting outsiders park in there lots.

There was a distinct and lingering odor of marijuana in the room, which significantly impacted the quality of my stay and the bed was was broken and unable to support weight properly. Since your original hotel was in unacceptable condition I had to book

They have a lot of items that need to be repaired. The elevator, ice maker and coffee maker were not working.

Run down, parts of the building walls missing, picture on the website not of the hotel, they gave me a room with 5 access points to enter hotel room. Restroom door didn't shut, lock on main door was crooked and looked unstable. I only saw 1 other guest.

The entrance we used to the hotel was filthy and roaches were crawling around. The room was dirty and the electrical outlets had no covers. The exterior of the hotel had missing siding and looked like it was falling apart.

Room was hot both nights- had to buy fan cause they didn?t offer one or different room.

Cleanliness

No morning coffee. No fridge and no microwave

The customer service was nice the staff was nice the location was good 4 minutes away from the NRG stadium the pool was nice and clean

The rooms are outdated there is no microwave the carpet is old and smells like mildew they need to change the carpet the sign says to use the key cards after 8pm clearly the doors always remain unlocked at all times the options on the telephones are gone

1. No identifiable thermostat in room. Temp stayed 60 degrees. 2. No fridge in room. Missed that convenience. 3. Front desk employee did a credit card check with a $100 charge. Accustomed to $5-10 verification charge. Room was prepaid.

Yes! Charged me to park ( investigate before booked, no parking fee nor deposit was in the fine print , Anywhere! ) But , what makes me angry is I paid to stay and park, had to pay again. Couldn¿t find parking spot because they were selling parking spot

It was right across street for the Houston Rodeo Livestock. The beautiful was wonderful it the breakfast you want to eat to start your day. THE staff was wonderful and nice .

The room check me in didnt have a mini refrigerator, and microwave. And want to the front desk talk to kevin and he said that most of there dont have refrigerator and microwave and told him i never hold. So he found another room that had mini refrigerator

Everything, the hotel is dated,smell like mildew, the hvac didn't work, No microwave or Refrigerator

It was close to NRG Houston Texans stadium

Old outdated bathroom/ room no refrigerator microwave everything around it is out of business and bar opens late and prices are outrageous
