just the position near down town

For ---$ for one night it should be much more better that what it is to me the room that I got was for 2 stars definitely not as per 4 stars.

location and cleanliness

it was a late check in the front desk attendant was nowhere to be found. The parking attendant had to find her then she wrote the wrong room number on our key.

The balcony

Yes, for the price, everything was outdated, broken, was gone, etc

The rooms were old and ran down, the refrigerator didn?t work, the coffee pot didn?t work, etc.

Hotel was empty , with no amenities. Hotel was not cleaned and in poor outdated shape. Was told it is being closed down.

Valet service

Yes no bar/food service anymore. Room floor was dirty. The restroom had mold spots on the ceiling and sink leak. It's not up to stand how it use to be.

No staff when you call, the refrigerator in the room did not work, the ice machine on the floor did not work, of course, no restaurant, bar, gym, pool. Under complete construction and very difficult to get into it. No room service.

Directv did not work for football I was charged resort fees for a hotel that is closing 1 washcloth in room Servicing the dirty room took 24 hrs

Worst experience

Came to Houston to buy a car. Came to your hotel for the night and out a valet only hotel a vehicle was stolen out of the parking lot. Front desk was extremely rude and valet lacked concern.

The hotel had no amenities! Pool, resturant, everything was closed. Room wad dirty, someone old lashes ny the nightstand. There was not enough clean towels. There was dirty towels in the closet.

Restaurant was closed, I was one of the only guests. Hotel is about to be shut down for remodeling. Parking garage was TOTALLY DARK, impossible to see. Too dangerous to take dark elevator. Security guard was on upper level of garage sleeping in golf cart.

Location, and the room was nice. I also liked the oil Derrick theme

Super understaffed at the desk, and the line for front desk was long because there was only one person, she was nice but she needed a second person for sure

The bed was comfy

The kitchen was closed, the pool was closed most of the time, the gym was closed, one of my lamps did not have a bulb, I had no remote, the door handle on the bathroom sliding door kept coming off, no light on level 6 parking garage, human

The interior design is beautiful. The hotel feels high end and from looks alone, feels 4 star.

Nothing is available. The pool was open (maybe the fitness center?), but the restaurant was closed, so ?free breakfast? is a lie. No ice. No minibar, not even snacks or sodas for sale.

The hotel waa in "close down" mode in preparation for closing down for renovations. All amenities were closed.... the gym, restaurant, pool, everything! On top of that, the hotel still charged a daily resort fee. It was difficult to even find a staffer

They closed everything early. We got this hotel for the pool and pool tables, and they closed both things early so we didn't get to do them. So we literally got the room just to sleep.

The location

It wasn?t very clean. There was dust all along the baseboards, there was an Advil pill on the floor, the shower head had lime scale on it, the blanket on the bed was in disrepair.

Pool tables

Almost everything was below advertised or my expectations. The bathroom was dirty, floors were dirty. A lot of dark areas in the hotel.

After arriving,I went to the restaurant/bar and notice what I assume to be a guest sleeping inside. I go to the front and ask them if there?s anybody working there only to find out the individual sleeping on the couch inside is the employee.
