I had a too short of an experience. First time in Houston and this was the perfect choice. I will be back soon! P.S. The Cinnamon Roll Flavored Waffle is a MUST! Â¿Â¿

Cons -

Some road noise. Pool was closed during our stay. Gated parking was nice but a nightmare getting on/off highway and through the valet parking bottleneck for neighboring restaurants.
The staff being there family to eat breakfast the king size bed not a king
There was 1 lady when I walked in she looked at me funny with no greeting. So I said HELLO HOW ARE YOU and she didn't acknowledge me at all..So I looked past it. BUT I saw her again...and I spoke again...strange look...no smile and walked on?? Awkward

It was clean and the decor was very nice. The staff were amazing with myself and with others that I witnessed. This was, honestly, one of the best hotels I've stayed in for those reasons!

The facilities were clean and Milracle was the best. She ensured our check in was smooth and suggested several options for our family to dine in the area.

A late night security guard racial profiled and harassed my husband. The manger, Shannon, followed up on the event and ensured that the employee would be reprimanded.
