The room had clothes from a previous guest within the room

The water wasn?t very hot, I had a handicap room and the bath water kept running all over the floor everywhere within the bathroom

It was near the event we were attending.

We requested a non-smoking king room. It smelled of smoke. The mattress did not fit the bed and the phone was broken.

I wish I could say what I liked best unfortunately. Gavi the front desk attendant after informed me I will have to pay a $100 pet deposit fee. Or be escorted off the property. By that evening. I wonder if she is pocketing it.

It was quiet.

I purchased food and then fell asleep. I had to throw the food away because there were roaches in it.

The rooms are simple but somewhat updated.

Its not just this hotel- but I continue to see cockroach problems in all of the 2 and 2.5 star hotels in houston. I guess at the 3 star level they decide that hiring a pest management program is worth the investment finally. Bring spray if u go cheap

It¿s true perfect accommodation if you stay inside on the 2/3/4 floors.

Front desk staff was excellent. Room smaller than anticipated and needed.Over all was satifactory.

Though I chose a smoking room did not like the fack the bed top comforter had burn stains and holes in it.

Its was right of the Expressway ... and there were a lot of restaurants around that area that made it convenient

I stayed there for three days and each day I had to go to the front desk to get my key reinstated it would not open up the door

Bathroom was very small; area between toilet and tub was too close.

The room was very clean and nicely put together. My bed was comfortable. Great TV with lots of channels. It had a Fridge and Microwave. Awesome deal for $---. I definitely enjoyed my stay! The area was great as well. Everything I could possibly need.

We were at the hotel for a week during the 4th July holiday and the pool was closed the entire time. The whole time we were there no one was working on the pool or making any effort to have it open. The breakfast was cereal and Danish, that's all.

I waited 20 minutes to check out of the hotel because the staff was no where to be found. 20 minutes later a young man and lady come out from the back room. They did not even apologize just took the room key and said that's it.

There's plenty of food, stores, activities, and road access near by..... So you only have to stay there to sleep

rude front desk woman that didn't smile and always acted like you were bothering her Housekeeping didn't speak English No breakfast, WiFi didn't work, cables channels out Elevator was unstable Elevator and entire floor smelled of pot Hard beds

Price was reasonable.

Everything was as expected until our second day. Even after asking the front desk, we did not get fresh towels or replenished bath supplies. I had to go ask and pick up towels and soap/shampoo. I got small floor towels and extra cheap soap/shampoo.

I love that they let you have your dogs with no fees .... nice and clean room for the price

more snack machines there don't work and it doesn't take dollar.

I loved the cleanliness of the room.

The TV channels were almost all spanish. The 3 that weren't were so blurry. And the internet connection is in and out.

The only good thing about this hotel is that it is surrounded by good restaurants.

I didn't like the fact that the room smelled musty, there was no wi-fi connection where my room was located and I kid you not this hotel must be haunted.. Me and my girlfriend were awakened at 3am because we felt something staring at us in the dark.

There were stores and restaurants close by

The A/C wasn't working in the hallway and the elevator was super hot
